:They're lizardfolk! Now!: I spring out of my tent, glowing with an angry red light, doing my best Avatar-of-Divine-Wrath impression.
Initiative if it matters: 25
Well everyone is certainly awake now after that preemptive charge. Go ahead and take an Action as a sort of reverse-surprise round. Anyone else with a nat20 initiative can follow suit.

A few seconds earlier . . .
Paranoid as always, I prepare for the upcoming fight by channeling my will into the form of a pair of wicked-sharp mind-blades. I clench them so tightly my knuckles turn white, an entirely reasonable reaction to the tension of my current situation.
Now . . .
I charge the central column, screaming like a madwoman. There's more than one way to break an enemy's will.
Attack, Action Surge for another attack, attack as a bonus action, and Trip Attack on everything that hits; each attack at a different target, if possible. 22, 23, 23, 29, and 18 to hit. 19, 20, 20, 28, and 9 damage.
Ok, problem with running on mobile is not seeing the roll breakdowns. Did you include Trip Attack bonus damage into those rolls? The Soul Knives are only d8s, so it seemed a bit much for a simple 1d8+(stat bonus).
Regardless, everything hits. The bushes are a frenzy of blood and leaves. Bone clubs and hide shields rise to keep you at bay, but the blades find and cleave through flesh cleanly. A single, ornately adorned lizardman once stood at the front of a trio, but all have fallen.
A few halting hisses are heard from the flanks, but scattered rustling can be heard retreating.

OOC: I included it. 2d8+Dex, 4d8+Dex for the crit, and 2d8 for the offhand attack.

If I'm not mistaken, a crit only adds the weapon, not a maneuver's damage. However, I'm willing to keep the Blend-o-matic results!

The goliath follows his bold captain in her charge but he goes towards the right flank noises screaming and holding his greataxe above his head.
Edit: As he starts his charge, he stumbles upon Vaike that is still liying on the floor trying to wake up, he misteps forward, for about six feet trying to recover his balance, the axe making it more difficult. He finally manages to put the axe into the floor, and halt his falling, but his charge were ruined. He turns not Vaike “You ok?” He adds “sorry...” and then turns again towards the noises. By the time he looks to it it seems that the Captain had deal with the enemies and the rest are fleeing. He feels quite stupid right now.
Vaike sent a brief pulse of confirmation to captain telepathically, but milliseconds later is nearly punted by the rush of a half asleep Goliath running at nearly full speed. Even with Vaikes nearly super human mass, he tumbles a few meters on the ground and watches, Incapacitated, Captains slaughter.
Perrin pulls the blanket even higher over his head. After a bit of indistinct grumbling about people trying to wake him up oven minor things, he goes back to sleep.

...Gridolpho nudges Perrin awake.
"Perrin! Breakfast! Let's go! Thems runaways ain't gonna wait long afore telling thar friends where our camp is. Granddad always said 'If'n ye gotta scarrrper, might as well do it onna full stomach!'"
The thief then inspects the bodies of the lizardfolk for treasure and anything else of interest before moving their bodies back to the deep brush.
The orantely decorated lizardman snaps awake and looks at sohyme. Its body is rent and muscles below the neck won't respond. "We see for Szazzull the Shadow. He claims forest from The Verdant."

Finally woken up, Perrin begins cooking breakfast. Hearing the frendly conversation with the dead lizardman he moves over and ponders quietly (facing away from the lizardman to not direct it at him)
"claims forest from The Verdant? Does this name sound familiar to anyone?"
The Goliath stands closer to Sohyme, his axe at the ready. No matter how many times he had been explained that the dead are under control and only can answer questions. He just doesn’t trust the dead.
“Ask who is their leader and where are their main encamptment.” Suggets looking directly to the dead lizarfolk.

Speak with dead "why are you scouting us?"
