Gridolpho will share his info with Cap'n Pointy, Featherbrain, and Perrin. Who they choose to share with after that makes him no nevermind. But he certainly ain't sharing directly with Commander Snorts.
Once everyone's reported--I assume everyone is going to report--I ask Tevrephor what he thinks of what he sensed and ask Perrin if he sensed the same things.

Perrin and Tevrephor have spoken to each other before going to their captain
Perrin responds:
I didn't sense much myself, other than something being there. Tev definitely felt more, and it seems we have a lot more to deal with than just some lizardmen.
After Vaikes ultimately failed investigations for the drunken dwarf captain, he corners Gridolpho at some point in the night, drops a few (5?) silver coins in his hand, and mumbles, “if you here anything about a dwarf captain getting fired, tell me about it tommarow” and goes to his private tent to do his nightly rituals.
No roll needed for the captain. Simply drunk and disorderly conduct resulting in someone getting relieved of their position. Unless you're looking for what he did exactly while drunk?

Nah, if there were something salacious or interesting, Digger would say so (the big gossip).
Gridolpho will tell Vaike he's barking up the wrong tree...and pocket the 3sp.
Tav shares the experience with his captain. "I believe we are in for me than we bargained for, something powerful is out there and it may my soul shiver. I heard something out there, if only for a moment. It called out for help, but it was quickly silenced. We need to set out as soon as we can, I can't live with my self knowing that there is someone out there alone with that monstrosity." After that Tav stays pretty quiet, following the group, but lost in thought as he thinks about what is out there.
Mumbling under his breath, Gridolpho seeks out Halfshield and tell the dwarf that the Captain of the Rising Star Company would like to speak to the army's mages.
You find Halfshield overseeing the drilling of a platoon-worth of dwarvish warriors (about 35-40). A series of carts overburdened with stones and connected by beams stand against the tight shieldwall (think medieval military tackling dummies). They should and push, then give enough grouns to reform, then slam against the obstacle again and again. "Again! Push ya, damn children!" Halfshield strides to the front-center of the formation. The mass staggers to a halt, but does not break ranks. Halfshield grabs the rim of a shield, shaking its wielder, and rams his shoulder against it, "Plant yer feet! Ye're born and breed of bedrock!" Halfshield shoves against the formation and, much to everyone's surprise nearby, the center begins to buckle. After shoving the front frour ranks back ten feet, Halfshield relents and returns to his place on the side, "Now, again!"
Gridolpho observes the scene play out and Halfshield addresses him after the demonstration, "Wha's the news, friend? Settlin' in a'right?" After hearing the shortened report and request for mages, Halfshield gives a sigh, "I don' like to be associatin' with mages and the like. However, in times like this, I 'spose it cannot be helped. I'll put the word out to our mercenary an' put the request up the chain. If'n ye don' mind me askin', what's all the stir you need them for?"

"According to Gridolpho's source, local superstition supports that idea--but he told you that already, didn't he?"

After his "spiritual" conversation with Digger, Gridolpho slides 2 of the 5 silver pieces across the table.
"Souvenirs for ya. A couple of rare gems from the tightest fist with a stick up his arse so far...
...anyways. Struck out on the clean side of the street and thought he'd let me do the dirty work.
But, just to keep it square, know anything about a dwarven captain getting the well-reinforced boot?"
Barlow, do you want another roll for this?

Perrin hadn't gone far from Tav as they were telling the captain what they saw. He nods his head to indicate he is listening.
