“These mountains sound interesting,” Gwythian says as they approach the beast master. “I say we take a look out that way once we have questioned this little gnome fella.”
”Good day to you.” Gwythian hails the beastmaster as they approach.

As Brom and the others approach the training area Brom hears the command and sees the raptors go to their pens.
"Aye, seems like a good start already. He sent the beasts away when he saw us approach. But keep your guards up fella's, as quickly as they left they can return."
"Good day to you sir! You've quite the skill with the raptors I see. Impressive indeed."

Vorpip sneers at you. "Well, what Tarvyn does is his business, but right now you are gettin' in the way of mine. I have a lot of beasts to train and only so many hours of day light. If ya got questions, be quick and be direct, I got things ta' do."
Jarmon shoots in "Hello, Mr Vorpip. My name is Jarmon Prideshot. I was just wondering something, usually when someone trains a beast it looks to them, and often only them as their master. Our family had a dog once, a big angry one, and my father trained it. Because my father was the only one to train it it only listened to him and he used to bite my hand when i reached out to pet him. So how do you manage to train them to not attack everyone else?" Just as he mentions the dog he shows his left hand which has visible scarring after what looks like many puncture marks.

Brom
Perception: 10
Brom is looking around the training area for anything out of the ordinary.
"Aye, our apologies. We just left the carpenters and we happened by and saw you training the beasts. We were impressed so we came to watch and learn what we could from you. Being the beastmaster and quite talented at it, we figured you would be the best person to talk to before we go back out in the wild to check out the rest of the island. Figured you would be the best if not only person to give us advise to get back safely. That's all me friends are trying to ask you."
