As Tibern carefully pushes the door open three ghouls turn away from the bones the are gnawing on, they are clearly excited to find some bones with meat still on them.
If anyone rolls over 17 go ahead and take your turn. All of you are in the passage outside the room, the ghouls are in a bunch about 15 feet directly in front of the door.

Lothar heard the dog like sounds, but was none too surprised to find more ghouls. Well, now we know what's been keeping the dwarves away. "Come 'ere deadite!" he yelled as he charged in with his sword. He slashed at one of the two remaining in hopes to bring it down in one fell swoop.
Tibern thrusts his rapier through the left eye of the ghoul and out the back of the skull. The thing collapses to the ground convulsing withthe rapier stuck fast in it's skull, Tibern is able to keep it just out of clawing range by holding his weapon out at arms length, but cannot remove the weapon while it is thrashing about.
The ghoul needs a finisher move to put it down. Lothar is up and has advantage since the thing is prone and effectively immobile. Once it is dead Tibern will easily be able to remove his blade.
Lothar easily puts the creature out of it's misery. Once it stops struggling Tibern is able extract his blade. Upon inspection you find that there is nothing of use in this room.
Many tunnels intersect at this natural, thirty-foot-high cavern. The walls are carved with simple reliefs showing dwarf and gnome miners hard at work. Below them, nearly two dozen skeletons in rusted scraps of armor are scattered across the cavern floor. Some are dwarf skeletons, while others are orc remains. Half a dozen large brass lanterns stand in niches or on ledges around the cavern, but none are lit.
The sounds of crunching bones underfoot fills the cavern with odd noises. Lothar holds his torch aloft to light the way, and he looks around at the artwork depicted on the walls. "Seems a mighty battle happened here long ago. With the ghouls back there, I wonder what other undead will bless us with their presence."
Not doing anything special and not trying to hide. Just walking along, looking around.

Tibern will draw his rapier as he hears the gnawing sound, moving to enter the room slowly.

Silas will cast guiding bolt on which ghoul he can see .

Silas's spell hits the undead monster causing it burst into flames. The thing falls to the floor twitching and smoldering.
2 ghouls left. Waiting on Vandar and Lothar for initiative.

Vandar follows Lothar in, attacking the same ghoul (unless it's down)

Lothar cleaves an arm off one of the ghouls and Vandar finishes it off with his first attack then lands a hit on the one remaining ghoul.
The ghoul reciprocates Vandar's attack with it's claws.
Attack: 8 Damage: 6 (if hit you must succeed on a DC 10 Constitution saving throw or be paralyzed for 1 minute.)
Nundro charges in swinging the Morningstar.
Attack: 5 Damage: 6
Nundro missed, 1 ghoul left. Tibern is up.
Tibern will move to stab at the undead creature with his rapier.

The man lifted his sword and brought it down in a swipe of fury and rage.
Attack Ghoul: Attack: 21 Damage: 14
Lothar easily puts the creature out of it's misery. Once it stops struggling Tibern is able extract his blade. Upon inspection you find that there is nothing of use in this room.
"Shall we move onto the next room" silas says. While poking the dead creature in the back with his staff.
Tibern will flick his blade clean and then make his way out of the room at Silas's suggestion. "I am growing tired of these things."
