Zarak does. Which is a shame since he knew so much about everything going on here. As he lies bleeding out the unicorn teleports away and with his dying breath the diminutive orc speaks his pained final words. "I didn't know... they could do.. that.“
Piccolo checks Zarak to make he is dead. She grabs his daggers, wire and potion, handing them to Uriel.
she winks at Uriel, as if she knows some secret that he saw a glimpse of, and removes her flute. She starts playing a calm but merry tune, reminiscent of a sailors song. Sitting on the ground. Her hair a mess, in her beige dress, one glove, funny hat.

Accepting the items gratefully, Uriel says, “Perhaps I should have kept him alive for questioning, though when he came after the unicorn I decided to act quickly.”
”Indeed, it seems though the queen is not a paragon of virtue herself, these interlopers will be far worse. Should we go back and defeat them yet not have a unicorn horn, I worry that the queen will remain frozen in time,” replies Uriel upon hearing Trisk’s suggestion.

I'm sure it will be fine. So back to find the library in the second floor the unicorn mentioned? Unless you want to stop somewhere else first. You could try to find one if the hags that left the castle and see if she has the horn. Just let me know what you want to do.
"Maybe we can check one of the hags home here. Do we know where it is? I assume we can ask around. If we can get one alone we may be able to capture and question her on where the other horn is."
Nib would have mentioned it. That would be Granny Nightshade and her residence at Loomlurch. You know the way. Is that where you're headed? She is also the one who put up the wanted posters you've seen featuring a young boy named Will
The forest is at its darkest here. Up ahead, a colossal dead oak lies on its side. Three living trees grow naturally out of its fallen remains. Their shapes resemble towers, with candlelit windows twinkling in the gloom and wooden balconies encircling gnarled branches. On one side of the fallen tree, firelight spills from a pair of quaint storefront windows, illuminating a clearing filled with merchant stalls.
It's always twilight so not really keeping track of time, but I need to know what time it is when you arrive so... 12

He's dead.
So, where to now?
Also, maybe save flurry of blows. He died on the first hit from Uriel.
Piccolo plays a brief few notes to Trisk
He gets the feeling she wants to help this place and remove the witches
