(Con save 17 with bat -1 con), Piccolo had much too much candy to eat and is quite unhappy. She begins foaming at the mouth, has a stomach ache, and throws up a strange assortment of bug guts. Then, she transforms into a butterfly.
"It looks like some of the candy has strange effects when you eat it."
Trisk takes a step or two closer to Sam, not that it will help any if anything weird happens, but he also wants to be closer to the butterfly... just in case.

"A rightful place awaits you in the Realms Above, in the Land of the Great Light. Come in peace, and live beneath the sun again, where trees and flowers grow."
— The message of Eilistraee to all decent drow.
"Run thy sword across my chains, Silver Lady, that I may join your dance.”
The butterfly lands on Sams head, fluttering her wings in apparent annoyance. (OOC: I'm assuming the polymorph lasts 1 hour?)
Yes and so do the other things, but they probably won't come up while you're a butterfly.
The goblin with the candy apple head continues to quietly argue with himself. He seems wistful and melancholy in turns. "You showed me my true self. I’ll always love you for that, even as you eats my head.”
He becomes aware that he's speaking aloud and whether you are or not, perceives you stating at him. "What's yiur business with Granny anyhow?"
Are you planning in following him? He is offering to bring you to her. That log is her home.
Uriel is happy to be led into the hag's home, if nothing else to see if there is anyone or anything looking like a unicorn or its horn---to rescue if possible. He is open to others' opinions, of course.

The foblin leads you tonthe parlor, chatting as he walks. "Name's Fug, but folks call me Chucklehead. I dont mich care fkr it when they do, on account they's makin' fun o' me 'ead. Somw goblins are like that. Not all of us, though. You want me to let Granny know whybyour here? She might not be in a rush to see you jf yoi dont give a reason, but I understand if yous wants to keep yer business private wif her."
The parlor is nestled between walls of twisted roots, through gaps in which you can see the eerily beautiful woodland surrounding you. A closed wooden door stands opposite the root bridge that leads into this room, in the center of which are four armchairs encircling a small table laid out for a tea service. A painted wooden box three feet on a side rests in a corner. A crank protrudes from one side of it, causing it to resemble an oversized jack-in-the-box.
"Wait here, please. I'll go and let Granny know you're here. Oh, and, don't touch anything." The goblin says as he departs through the unlocked door keading further into the log.
Let me know if you have a message for Granny Nightshade.
While you wait in the parlor, you hear ambient music produced by bells and chimes on the other side of the door Chucklehead used. Now there also comes the sound of giggling from the next room, the laughter of children.

Pushing the door open you peek inside to see three children: an 11-year-old male drow), a 9-year-old female human, and an 8-year-old female lightfoot halfling.
The drow boy prances on the tabletop with a bar of soap in one hand, while a halfling girl and a human girl giggle at his audacity.
Flickering lanterns illuminate a cluttered workshop filled with soft, ambient music produced by bells and chimes. Parts of toys are heaped on the tables—leering doll’s heads, half-built rocking horses, unpainted wooden balls, and the stuffed limbs of soft toys. A stove at the back of the room holds a saucepan of smelting metal. Three doors exit the workshop, and two storefront windows overlook the market outside.
In whatever capacity she can Piccolo the butterfly will look at the three kids to see if one of them is an illusion or granny. She still has truesight.

Uriel:
”Sure, let us go see Granny Nightshade once my…uh…flighty companions are done with their hijinks,” responds Uriel.

The butterfly goes between Trisk and Sam, fluttering about.
Uriel:
”Please tell Nightshade that we wish information about the location of unicorns and their horns,” says Uriel.

Drain:
"Well, let's go then." Drain taps his short blade at his side. "Can anyone dispel the magic on the butterfly?"

Butterfly Piccolo is of course attracted to pretty music, and flutters over to get a better look and listen.
"I don't have the Dispel Magic spell."
Trisk looks forlornly at the butterfly, sorry that he can't help her.
"Hey, does anyone else hear children laughing?"

Drain,
"I suspect these can help us. The HAG will not be popular." Drain will see if he can open one of the doors.
