Okay. So taking 2 from the one successful hit, and falling down, but still saving against the lightning, so another 5 from that.
Taken entirely by surprise, Bjorn stumbles to his feet and begins casting a spell. But first -- are these guys humanoids? They kinda seem like they're elementals or something. Is there a way I can find out?

Hm... I'm thinking they're not humanoids.
Bjorn snarls, "sod off, all of ye," and drops low to swing an axe out from beneath his cloak. The axe scrapes the floor and sparks into a sudden blaze of hideous green fire. 14 to hit one of the critters for 4, and if it hits, 3 fire damage to another one.
He then spits out an arcane command and a blade of shadow appears in his other hand. He rounds on each of the surviving critters like a cornered dog, attempting to control his space.

Bjorn burning axe lands solid on one of little men making him howl in pain as a bit of the flame leaps onto his fellow. The flame snuffs out after a minor scorching. After a moment, the little man who took the blow keels over in dramatic fashion, tongue hanging out…

Seeing their brother fall really ticks these strange little guys off. The one attached to Vars arm will try and pummel him in the face with his sticky, oily fists.
Attack: 9 Damage: 2
the two at his back will dive between his legs and disappear
the last one on Vars exude more slick oil and continue trying to punch his leg

While Sparhawk is keenly watching the melee ensue, the guy that disappeared into the mural sneak attacks from behind trying to hit Spark behind the knees with a rolling pin, also leaking oil all around Sparhawks feet.
Attack: 15 Damage: 1
the two on the statues grab hold of the crystals in the palms and yank them free, the floating water drops down 3’, just barely higher than the top of the dais.
“ you keel Boggles, So Boggles show you….way out” one of them says
you are all on slick surface now, so difficult terrain applies and you each need to roll a dex dc11 to remain standing or to get up if you are knocked prone

My owl will change tactics since it lloks like he can 't get the bunch of them withouit hitting one of our side, so he'll fly about to hit the guy south of me and I will use my sling on him.

Two Athletics checks at disadvantage: 15 and 7
Dex save with Bless: 9
Bjorn draws his pact weapon and goes after the boggles who have crystals. Preferring a melee attack (but using the same dice and bonuses if it's thrown), he uses the Shadow Blade first: Attack: 13 Damage: 18, then Aegweth. Same target if it's still alive, otherwise, the other crystal-nabber. Attack: 21 Damage: 6
Sparhawk will try to keep his footing as he drops his shield and draws his longsword to accompany his warhammer. Dex save: (5
He will attack any guys that are near a statue that still has a crystal in it. (Or if he sees one that took a crystal out, he will attack him.) Longsword: Attack: 24 Damage: 14
With his warhammer, he will strike the same creature if alive or another one, hoping to stop it in its oily tracks: (Bonus action two weapon fighting) Attack: 7 Damage: 5
Also give accurate source point and direction of attack for the dragons breathe. It goes out three squares from the source and is 3 squares wide at the end of the cone

"Not so fast..!"
Your failed athletics means the boggles were successful in knocking you prone . Your shadow blade flies into the boggle and sends him flying from the top of the statue, he lands with a thud and dies. The crystal was knocked from his chubby hands and lands on the tile, shattering into tiny fragments, it’s magic essence dissipates in a puff of sparkly smoke., Aegweth flies accurate and true and sticks the other crystal grabbing hooligan and gashes him good * ( need Reginald to verify his attack info to determine death or life)
You have to go with your gut.

Vars is moving about too much for guy to make solid contact with his face, but the one at his feet lands a blow.
the two that disappeared appear next to Reginald and will grease up the floor and attack, their little fists swinging wildly
Attack: 9 Damage: 3
Attack: 10 Damage: 4
dont forget Bless on all attack to hit and all saves (grapple, Dex, etc)
Their wild swings fail to connect with the wizards legs.
the ones with Bjorn with secrete more slick oil and climb up To Bjorns chest so they can try and knock him down

Dragon's Breath Lightning (Save 14 dex for 1/2 damage) : 13
Sling attack (+5) : 23 + 1d4 : 2 Damage (1d4+3) : 7
Cats go Moo!
Dont forget to roll a DeX sav for slippery oil dc11, otherwise you fall prone
Vars growls, shaking his arm as the little creature refuses to let go, "I'm...a little preoccupied at the moment..."
He attempts to grab the oily creature with his free hand and yank it off. If he can pull it off his arm, he will attempt to throw it into a wall.
(Not sure if I can do that in one turn, so I'll just roll for grapple first.)
Strength: 11 Assuming bless applies: 1
As he does this, he moves towards the mural so that he can blow use the 'maybe bomb' to create an exit.
(Use the d4 bless)

Vars is able to pull the boggle off him and throws him at the wall for 3 dmg. The little guy sticks to the wall for a sec before flopping to the floor
