There are to many for us to fight and survive out here, we need to lock the tunnel behind us and get back to town. They have to single file in the tunnel we are better off there

"Pops should cast that illusion and then Rockcrusher leads the town's people to the keep and get help as the the rest of us make the tunnel into a killing field as the Illusion will probably not hold them for long" Dawn Suggests
The townsfolk start filing hurriedly up the tunnel to the keep while Pops puts an illusion up to try to hide the tunnel and Deekin locks the grate again.
(Looks like Deekin was the one that unlocked it originally. What else are you guys doing? Following the townsfolk up the tunnel? Staying at the entrance to fight or see if the raiders move past the grate? Preparing any actions - for anyone besides pops or deekin, who used theirs for the lock and the illusion? We'll say we're in initiative now, so normal 1 move/action/possible bonus. If you move up the tunnel pops and deekin can go the normal 30 feet since they can't dash.)
"I say we should try to prevent them from getting to the keep. Deekin and I should go about 50 to 80 feet from the tunnel entrance and prepare to shoot any how enter the tunnel with Maytus close by and Pops another 50 feet behind us to help if hepl does not come from the keep fast enough." Dawn replies to Deekin
Rockcrusher leads the townsfolk up the tunnel to the keep while rest remain behind, retreating a short distance from the grate, waiting to attack anyone who comes in after you.
The raiders arrive at the grate just as the party gets settled in their new position, not fooled by the illusion over the entrance. (They just watched almost 30 people walk into it and were looking right at it when the illusion went up, what do you expect? :P). One of the humans approaches the grate and tries to open it, only to find that it is locked from the inside. He looks at the lock and peers up the tunnel to see the party waiting for him, then retreats out of view again (unless deekin or dawn want to try to shoot him before he retreats). No one else comes into view, and a few minutes later Rock arrives back from the keep, having escorted the townsfolk there safely then returning to help if needed.

You race the final stretch to the tunnel, townsfolk streaming in first, followed by the party, the raiders still in hot pursuit.
(You make it into the tunnel, non-kobold raiders are about 80 feet away now, kobolds are 110 feet away. What are you guys doing now?)

Pops will cast Minor Illusion on the grate to the keep to make it look like grass has overgrown the opening.
