Igneous has held onto undead bane's "who's usually the one taking the most damage, they should probably get the periapt:

Its certainly not stealing if you catch her at it plus its a character flaw. Her horrible life story has ingrained that no one will help you except yourself. It could be worse, until she met you lot she made her money as an assassin for hire.
Arya "I agree with smokie, Fah'lin stands in front and lets people hit him. He should get the Periapt."
"Thank you. If you will stand and fight with us, I will stand in front and let things hit me to protect you, as well. We have suffered a lack of subtlety in the past, with your help, maybe we can overcome that." Fah'lin wears the amulet, he feels no different. In 24-hours he will still feel no different, when the potion he consumed earlier, wears off.

Once the party has the opportunity to rest Fah'lin thinks back on his experiences and his training. He practices striking quickly as he has seen from Igneous. As the next day begins Fah'lin is joined by a great powerful mare with a short black coat, and longer, reddish, fur rising up its legs from the hooves and fading to brown then black, below the knee. "Maeran-Cadail," he says, "Servant of Helm." he leads the horse to the party, "Cadail, may I introduce, Aeliarin, seeker of magic, music, and tales; Gijigume, light, swift, and fierce archer; Igneous, hardened by life, with fire in his soul; Thar, quiet and brilliant, student and teacher; Arya, our newest friend, cunning and sharp of wit and blade; and of course our most cherished ally, Owly, I hope you two get along well." If the Couatl still accompanies us, "Oh, and I must not forget... What do we call you?"
"Speaking of allies." He looks around, "What do you suppose came of Grond? How long do you suppose we were down there."

The Couatl "My name is Xicohtencatl but my friends call me Xi." He will be heading home but he gives you a small token "If you ever need my help then break this and speak my name and I will come as quickly as possible."
You where underground at least two days and Grond is nowhere to be seen.
("Sicko-ten-cattle, Sigh to his friends." Does that have a pronunciation key?)
(On magic items: I don't think anyone other than Igneous will benefit from the mace, or if Arya would benefit from two daggers. A second could offer a chance to get a sneak attack if the first misses, but if it hit she has better uses for the bonus action.)
(I didn't play 4e. But in 3.5 two +X magic bonuses indeed didn't stack. You could get masterwork arrows and add +X quality (or something) bonus to hit, or fire arrows and add +X fire to damage, but multiple sources of the same type of bonus didn't stack, which overly complicated things.)

X is pronounced Z so its Zi-coten-catel or Zi to his friends. Arya already has a dagger in her off hand in case of misses for another shot at the sneak damage but most of her attacks are with her bow. If only she knew some people that had access to a magic forge so that she could get a magic bow. I looked it up, if you are going after that vampire all your fighters will need a magic weapon (or two).
(She's just accumulated a wealth of gold as we each have. How far off are we from Old Owl Well. Maybe we should supplement a little more wealth before we march back.
It couldn't hurt to give my bo and her bow the same treatment.
How far off are we from Khundrukar? Should we seek out Gundren and Nundro's family to help ensure our assets? They may even be able to aid us.)

You get to Old Owl Well and find that Grond had come here looking for you. Not finding you here he had tracked down the necromancer and killed him quite dead then headed back to the mine.

("Shhh, wild Grond prints.")
"He's probably half way to Khundrukar by now. May as well check that quest off the list as completed too."
