"Alton I mean no offence but 'the fact of the matter is that appearance matters, no matter the clatter of skinny or fatter, served up on a platter- still I wouldn't go at her.' A bard told me that once in a tavern, I still remember it. It kind of works here. Anyways I don't think any of us can breathe under water, nobody sounds keen on the duck, although that's my second choice, so I think we should give this a shot. I have a loose plan but I need to read the rest of this notice to get a better idea."
He looks at the bugbear, "one minute" he says and then he reads the rest of the notice..
"Well, what do you all think? I have an idea but without any information it's hard to make a plan. Nobody can stay under water, especially our fire gensai, and the duck doesn't sound like a popular idea. That leaves this notice or the one for research supplies. What do we each want to do?"
"Five gold is at least worth seeing how this story ends. Let's get the form filled out Jeff." Logum pulls out a bottle of ink and a quill. He pauses a moment before signing his name and says to Jeff, "I am trusting you with this, I hope your plan works." After signing he faces the rest of the group and holds out his quill, "Who else wants easy money?"
Sandral shrugs. "Who knows, this could be an interesting story." He says, placing his name on the list and help fill out the paperwork. He'll then produce the five gold coins from earlier as payment for the mission brief.
Alton shakes his head at Jeff in disappointment. "I see that you have the refined manners of a particularly stubborn donkey. But very well I shall take on this quest to save this woman from the great injustice she would be put through if she were to be wed to you." The halfling produces his own pen and signs his name to the paper with a flourish. In much the same way he stows the pen and pulledsfive gold out of his pack.
Sen'ra looks slightly weirded out by Jeff, but says "Any gold is of use to us. I say pick the easiest one we can for the most money and get on with our lives. But I would prefer anything with out water. As, you know, fire elemental here. I will go with whatever has a group majority, if no consensus is reached. But, it's really up to you."
"There you have it Sen'ra its a majority, we wouldnt ask you to go underwater anyway, were not cruel. Thank you everyone, I agree let's get this over with! Once we have more information I'll see if my plan can work.."
He respectfully bows slightly at each of his comrades. He then slaps down his five gold with everyone else.
(OOC: DM I'm not sure if you want to consider the quote above as Sen'ra signing or waiting to hear from them. It's hard with 8 people in the campaign lol.)
(OOC: Since he said that, he'll have to fork out 5 gp from his inventory when he's online)
Your group handed out the filled out form along with the required payment.
"You might need this."
The bugbear hands a Manacles and stamps the form, you see inscriptions slowly appears.
You see a sketch of a human with a tanned skin and brown hair wearing an unbuttoned shirt lounging on a couch as if posing like a model with the following details.
Bring along with you the captured person on the port, located at west side of the island. Upon arrival, you will see Maximus, he holds a lot of spears on his back and wears a shield. He will bring you to a sailing ship that will sail to a rented island. The task is completed upon arriving on the said island.
Your group walked towards the direction of the port, upon arriving you see a man with the same description with people loading crates on the sailing ship. There is music and smell of food coming from the ship.
You also see a small establishment selling grog to sailors and tourists.

"I must say this picture is over exaggerating quite a bit. But is this supposed to be you?" Alton asks Jeff with a raised brow, a smirk tugging at his lips. Once they arrive at the docks he looks around when they get to the port, his head turning in the direction of the music being played. While it is not the best he has ever heard he finds it good enough to tap his foot and him along with.

"I've hidden my features somewhat Alton but that is certainly me. And Riskah, I know it's not a bad life but that's not the point, my heart just isn't in it. It wouldn't be a good life for her either, it's better this way. Now everyone listen up, we can't find a replacement for me, it has to be me. Just put me in the manacles only give me the key before hand. 'The task is completed upon arriving on said Island' - We just have to reach the island, and turn back. Job done. Alternatively, we slow play it and talk them out of the marriage. I'm absolutely open to input here, no bad ideas, let's hear your thoughts."
Jeff said this at the edge of the docks to the whole group, before either of the alcoholics could peel off for the liquor shack.
"Well we could attempt to tell them that you are already married and that is why you ran. You were afraid that your "actual" spouse would be angry to the point of harming you." Alton suggested with a shrug as he chuckled and smirked at the ranger with a amusement dancing in his eyes. "If I were not contracted to return you to her I would woo this lovely lady and convince her you are not worth the pain it would bring her. Now wrists out and hand open." The halfling orders as he holds his hands out to be given the key and manacles.

"Well, since it's almost unanimous, might as well. Could be fun, i guess. So, Logum, you made your own stuff, huh? I might like to try some." Sen'ra says as he tosses 5 gold on the counter with everyone else's. "Tell me, what is it you make?"

Riskah searched for another person that may look like the sketch, but it seems there is only one that matches the description and its already in their group.
Jeff occasionally watches the grog selling establishment in case some of his alcohol loving comrades decided to take a swig when a familiar silhoutte leaves the bar.

"That's... actually a pretty good idea Alton! Perhaps Sandral can do the talking, he seems very persuasive! And as a back up Sen'ra, flex your muscles and look scary. Alton, I guess that's another back up if all else fails- you woo her, convince her you're a much better suitor and marry her in my place."
Jeff pockets the key so that it's easily accessible, in his tunic. Then he offers his hands to Alton so he can shut the manacles. As he's doing this he notices a familiar silhouette leave the liquor hut...

The bugbear looks at Jeff's direction
"Ehem, good sir if you're not taking that quest, please return it on the notice board so that others could see it."

"Sir, if you want more information, fill up the form and pay the necessary gold. After that, details will be given regarding the quest."
Jeff nods and turns to the group.

As Jeff passes the form to each of his members to fill up, you noticed Riskah is nowhere near to be found.
If by the time Sen'ra fills up the form and she doesn't show, I will proceed the campaign.
