Stone runs away from the Wyrmling, grabs the end of the rope and ties it's end around his waste to act it's anchor. Then he throws all his strength and weight (which is not as much as it would have been had he gotten his Plate Armor) into the rope.
(OOC: I was trying to figure that out myself. I'm going to say next round, so next time you're up you get advantage on the pull. And after that everyone else will get advantage on the pull too.)
Stone: You put all your weight into at pull, but it's just not enough. The almost dead, but also almost transformed Igbalneum is determined to stay on that dais.
Once more into the breach! Jacob runs up and fires off another blast of force - a bright white swirling hazy mass - at the wyrmling, then puts his mitts on the rope with he others and prepares to yank!
Eldritch Blast: Attack: 9 Damage: 7
and if I can yank on the rope as a bonus, here's a strength check: 21
Natasha: With the rest of the team behind you, you barely manage to yank the Flame Dragon Wyrmling off the dais and down the first few steps. The anvils are still glowing with heat and the forge is still engulfed in blue flame, but Igbalneum's transformation has stopped.
Natasha: Furious at having its transformation halted; the ragged, mostly dead Igbalneum barrels down the steep stairs at you and tries to bite you.
Igbalneum vs Natasha: Attack: 20 Damage: 6 plus 3 Fire damage
The Flame Dragon Wyrmling sinks its flame covered teeth into your side, and you are knocked out. (OOC: my notes had you at 8 hit points before this attack).
The monster lets out one final roar of anger and hate, and falls over. Igbalneum, the Flame Dragon Wyrmling, is dead. The dwarf woman runs over to Natasha's fallen form and looks to the rest of the party for assistance. "Oh please, someone help her! She was so brave to drag me from Spencius' clutches."
Stone goes over to Natasha's fallen form. "I had no idea she was so badly injured." He shakes his head with regret before bending over Natasha and gifting her 5hp from his pool. "That should be enough to get her back on her feet."
Jacob takes a knee and catches his breath for a second. "Good god that was close." If the anvils/dais are cooling, he keeps a hand on Bread and begins to slowly walk about the room looking around for anything easily missed in the melee. If they're still as hot as they had been, he'll inspect the bodies of the human priest and the wyrmling (Presuming they're still there).
Perception: 19
Investigate: 0
(OOC: Apparently Jacob's idea of investigation is just to nudge the bodies with his boot, while tightly shutting his eyes.)
Once she is sure that her saviors are alright, the dwarf notices that the anvils are still glowing and blue flame isstill coming out of the dais. "Oh my, the Great Forge is still connected to the Plane of Fire. Give me ten minutes and I can perform the ritual to sever the link." She turns and starts the ritual motions and chanting.
Jacob: You look around the room from where you're standing and you see nothing of interest in the room. You nudge the bodies. Yup, they're dead.
What do the rest of you want to do while you wait for the dwarf to sever the link with the Plane of Fire?
Stone looks back and forth at the doors on the sides of the room, the ones that some of the Kobolds had gone through earlier. "I think if there were any enemies through those doors they would have attacked before now, but I am going to check to make sure." Stone walks to the doors on the right and carefully peaks into the room.
Stone: You walk to the door on the east side of the room and carefully peek inside. Twisted, scorched metal fills this empty room to the ceiling. It was obviously once an area for smelting ore, but the equipment is torn and demolished. The stench of burning is overpowering.
Jacob: You walk to the door on the west side of the room and notice blood smeared on the open door in a shape of some sort of rune. In the room you see hunks of twisted, partially melted metal covering the floor and walls; the remains of suits of armor and weapons.
Natasha: You watch Polla as she performs her ritual, unsure of her motives. Unfortunately, you can't determine if she's really closing the link, or doing something more nefarious.
Penelope: You also watch Polla, curious about the magic she is invoking. Make an Arcana check to see if you can follow along.

OOC: I don't know what that does to the mechanics, but I would guess the Strength Rolls would add up instead of just advantage? Not sure.
