Arynn follows the others indoors, keeping an eye as to where Harold left to attend to his duties. He watches the others as they partake of the food and drink, but never touching any himself. He may go over to it and look at it, somewhat with a slight longing look, but never takes any. Arynn appears to be waiting for the appropriate time to join a conversation.
"Thank you, sir. I actually don't drink alcohol. Gotta keep my mind fresh, after all! Not all of us have your natural resilience! Those were some fine foods, however. I could get used to that." Alan said as he made his way to one of the chairs and sat, his plate discarded. "Not hungry, Arynn? There's plenty to go around, I'm sure!" He said invitingly, beaming that big smile of his.

"You're young yet. Get a few more battles under your belt; you'll learn to appreciate a good brew," Fargrim chastises Alan before heading off, his rounds completed and having given a drink to all who would partake.
His attention turned to the bard, "Its been a long journey, and I have yet to see your mettle. Let's drink and wait for our esteemed host; I have a feeling there will be time yet for stories of battles past."
Grabbing a bit more food and sitting down at the table, Fargrim settles in to wait, drowning his thoughts in delicious dwarven ale, listening to the subtle sounds of the forge in the distance.
The group waits for quite a while and finally as darkness begins to settle over the city the door at the top of the stairs opens and an older human gentleman begins his way down the stairs. He is wearing a high quality but very utilitarian outfit with the family crest of the Hightower family, a tower with 4 stars around the top of it, emblazoned over the breast. His steps not betraying his advanced years and a smile not only covered his face but shined from his eyes as well. He carefully looked each one of you in the eye as he made his way down the stairs.
"Hello, Welcome to my guild. I am Lord Michael Hightower. Have you come to apply for a position in the guild?"
As he drew closer calluses from use of a sword become apparent on his hands from his years as an adventurer and work as a paladin.

"Lord Hightower! How wonderful to meet you. Alan Quatermain. I'm here to join your guild, sir. I think you'll be happy to have me. I've come quite a long way, and I must say that your hospitality has been absolutely fabulous. The food is wonderful and the manor is amazing. There is nothing like it back home." Alan said with a huge smile on his face, the words just gushing out of him faster than thought. He was standing at Hightower's side in moments, bombarding him with compliments and boasts of his own abilities.
Lord Hightower listened to Alan without saying anything still waiting to hear from the others. His smile never leaving his face as he listened to the energetic human.

Taman stands and manages to get a few words in past the enthusiastic Alan.
"Lord Hightower it is an honour to meet you. I have indeed also come to join the guild. I am a chronicler, poet and no slouch with my weapons, but I have other tricks up my sleeve too. Taman Bharr at your service."
He gives a small bow and steps aside for others to speak.

"Well met, Lord Highwater. I am Fargrim of clan Ironfist. I wasn't sure what to expect in this human city, but your ale and your forge represent you well. As an acolyte to the Lord of Twin Axes, your proposition of adventure and glory appeals, and so I have answered your summons."
Redmond stands at attention, "Redmond Talnor, sir. Was a soldier in a previous life, looking to make the most of my remaining years, while I still have them. I'm handy with a blade, and more than willing to serve."
There is an awkward pause as it gets to Arynn's turn. "My name is Arynn, Lord Hightower. Arynn Markson. I'm a local bounty hunter, I was recommended to come here and prove myself." He keeps a steely gaze, determined to speak his piece.
With the sun setting Solastor enters the hall his glaze quickly glancing to the lit torches and candles throughout the room. He is of average height with his stocky build just showing beneath his scale mail. Still on his head he wore a plain steel bucket helm with a single straight red feather on the right side. Over the armor he has a white tabard emblazoned with a golden sun dial surrounded by rays of a sun. A large iron banded shield with the same emblem is slung across his back and a sturdy mace attached to his hip.
"Hmm. Ho! My apologies for being late gentlemen, I was admiring the beautiful incandescent rays of the setting sun from the courtyard. Alas it is gone now and we must wait until morn to see its beauty once more. I am Solastor. I come to seek and be of aid to adventurers.i feel I have many travels ahead of me and would aid my light to whomever shall be on need."
Upon his entry he had been lost thought but quickly noticed the group and addressed them. His voice had a deep resonance tone. His odd word inflection revealed that he was not from his homeland.
Looking at the assembled group Lord Hightower gives each one an evaluative gaze before speaking.
"I have a mission for you all to complete to show your capabilities to carry the badge of the guild. Complete the Mission and you will be full members of the guild with all rights and privileges. Being there are six of you, that is a perfect amount to carry out this particular mission. If you accept then I will give you the details. However, I encourage you to find ways to make use of your teammates skills to best accomplish this mission. Do you accept?"

You recognize the symbol of Odur, god of light and the sun, Solar Disk
