Lord Hightower nods in response and then gives the instructions. "Near the docks is a warehouse that you need to retrieve a box from. It is a golden chest that should be in the uppermost room. Get it and bring it here but do not open it."
He then marks a place on a map indicating the location and holds it out for one of you to take. (square building near the docks in the bottom left of the Central section.)
"Prove to me you belong as a member of this guild."

"Oh. A box? That's it? Is it a magic box? Or is there an ogre guarding it?" Alan said, at first sounding a bit disappointed but then shifting more toward hopeful.

Fargrim eyes the map suspiciously, trying to ascertain whether everything is on the up and up with Lord Hightower.
"This seems more an errand for servants than for Adventurers," he huffs, grabbing the map to take a closer look at it. "Is there anything else we need to be aware of?"
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Arynn looks to Lord Hightower, then back to the map. "And should we be caught taking this by those who don't wish us to?"
(As a local, is there any pertinent information I would know about the docks. Also Insight check to see if Lord Hightower is purposely attempting to keep information hidden)
(Arynn would know that the docks are a major part of the lifeblood of the city, especially now that caravans are no longer coming to the city with the Orc Bands roaming the countryside. also your insight check causes you to know that he is purposely not telling you want is in the box but beyond that there is nothing else you can tell)
Lord Hightower looks at the group again and shakes his head at the grumbling. "We are a guild that solves problems of all sorts. Our client has requested us to retrieve the box and specifically asked for more capable agents to do so. I personally believe that there may be some danger otherwise they most likely would have hired less expensive and less armed couriers. The sooner you bring the box the better and at the same time be careful that no innocents are injured in the process."

Arynn gives Lord Hightower a stern look, obviously not completely satisfied with the lack of information. "We'll get your chest." He says. "But if this ends up on the wrong side of the law, don't expect my returning to your homestead."
Fargrim continues walking, feeling certain the others were following. As they caught up to his Dwarven legs, he turned to his comrades. "This seems an odd errand to send new recruits on. Regardless, let's see what awaits us at the docks."
"Taman, you seem to be the kind gifted with words. Why don't you take the lead? A heavily armed bunch like us might frighten the dock workers on shift. A friendly face might be preferable to this," he said, pointing heavily at his scar.
"That scar just adds character, old chap! But I take your point, and it's kind of you to say so. Let's see what awaits us and hopefully it is a situation I can talk us through."
Taman takes the map as they are walking out from the Guild Hall.
"The docks are just a couple of streets to the south west. Surely, a finer team than this has never been assembled. This is the beginning of a tale for the ages! Glory awaits us, friends. And Tymora favours the bold!"
Taman smiles as they walk to the docks, the streets of SIlverymoon familiar to him.
No one man is above the law Arynn thinks to himself. Though Lord Hightower may be a member of the council, it is not the first time in history a position of that level has been abused. "We should make a move then." Arynn concurs with the others. "We're wasting the last moments of daylight." Arynn will keep towards the front of the group, his left hand never leaving the pommel of his short sword, as if ready for any sort of commotion that could happen.
Fargrim nods silently in response to Aryn an quickens his pace to keep up with the longer legged humans. Returning to his conversation with Taman, he responds, "Good man. But don't let your ideas of glory go to much to your head. Even the Gods of Battle look down upon the slaying of the innocent. In my time as a soldier, many a time have I had to subdue an overzealous crowd who had underestimated the power of our brews on feast nights. Should worst come to worst and we find ourselves accosted by overzealous workers and not brigands or beasts, we should leave them alive to fight another day. After all, even Clangeddin Silverbeards axe has two ends." With that, he mimes hitting a foe with the blunt end of his battleaxe before returning it to his side with a laugh.
The journey to the warehouse was uneventful. The night air cooling slightly with a gentle breeze. The clouds have covered the stars causing shadows to grow around the warehouse. The warehouse is a giant stone building reaching almost 5 stories. It is square in dimension and there appears to be two huge wooden gates for the loading and unloading of supplies and a small wooden door on the westward side near the center of the building. There seems to be no activity around the docks with the exception of a few sailors on ships in the river singing softly while on watch.
(I will need a marching order as you go inside)

"We made good time! If we get the item back to Lord Hightower quickly enough, maybe he'll give us a bonus! Haha!" Alan laughed, slapping the dwarf on the shoulder. "Best be safe, though. I'll cover us from behind in case it's an ambush of some sort. You seem to be able to handle yourself pretty well, Fargrim, how about you lead us in?"

"Are you expecting there to be anyone at this warehouse? Someone who would perhaps prefer we... not take the box?"

Mostly satisfied with the response, Fargrim gathers himself. "Well, if we're going to perform this errand, we'd best be on our way, then."
Taking the map with him, he heads off in the direction of the docks.
"Excellent! I'm sure danger will abound! I am up to the task!" Alan said, quickly following after the dwarf.

Lord Hightower smiles as if amused at those words. "As a member of the high council of the King of Silverymoon, you have no worries in that regard."
He then turns to head back to his rooms at the sight of the group beginning to leave.
