Boggle 1 goes first to it exits through the south door avoiding the entangling vines. Though I assume Finley follows and succeed on grappling boggle 1.
Ilifir severely injures boggle 2
Boggle 3 resist the telekinetic shove though he is unlucky as Aoife bonus action attack moderately injures it.
Boggle 2 raises its hands asking for mercy "Please I must leave this place will kill us if we remain" says Boggle 2 in a thin reedy voice
Boggle 3 moves to the south of Aoife and release slippery oil that is 1 inch deep. The sticky substance seems to come out of the boggle's pores. It covers the space Boggle 3 is standing in. It then continues to move south away from Aoife. It stops short of the vines blocking the exit.
Any creature entering the slippery oil needs to roll acrobatics check DC 11. on fail fall prone. It is easy to walk around the 5ft wide puddle.
Finley can contest the escape attempt though I don't think he can beat a nat 20.
Once free Boggle 1 will move to the northeast corner to the painted jack in the box.
L3
This chamber is nestled between walls of twisted roots, through gaps in which you can see the eerily beautiful woodland surrounding you. A closed wooden door stands opposite the root bridge that leads into this room, in the center of which are four armchairs encircling a small table laid out for a tea service. A painted wooden box three feet on a side rest in a corner. A crank protrudes from one side of it, causing it to resemble an oversized jack-in-the-box.
ilifir looks at the puddle of oil, and realizes the boggles really dont matter "quick, does anyone have a vial?" he asks "we can just grab what we need and get out of here"

Valrieth: Round 3
Valrieth says, "Ooh! Good idea!" She had moved down to the door in the previous round, but she takes one of the empty bottles that she and Finley got from the Leaning Tower days ago and uses her telekinesis (invisible Mage Hand) to carry the bottle back to where the oil puddle that Aoife's boggle created.
Val hops through the door. From the other side of the door, she looks back to boggle #2 and says, "We vanquished Granny Nightshade, so don't try to cross us! But we'll let you flee if you tell us about any other guards or dangers Granny Nightshade has between here and the the other side of the ravine." She sees Finley and the other boggle and realizes that there's another jack-in-the-box. She tries to telekinetically yank the boggle away from the box and then demands info from boggle #2: "The tin soldiers tried to crank the handle on one of those jack-in-the-boxes. What comes out of it when it opens? And is there anything dangerous in that tea parlor?" She points back behind her, indicating the chairs and the tea service. Based on what they've seen of Loomlurch, she wouldn't be surprised to discover that the tea set is an animated construct that spews scalding hot tea at Granny Nightshade's enemies.
Movement: Val moves through the door but stands in the door to block the boggles from trying to get through. Action: Using her invisible Mage Hand to pass an empty bottle over to Aoife and/or Ilifir at the puddle of boggle oil. Bonus Action: telekinetically shove the boggle near the jack-in-the-box. The boggle must succeed on a STR 15 save or be moved 5 ft toward Val. (She just wants to move it away from the jack-in-the box.) Free Action: Talking. Item interaction: getting out an empty bottle.
Boggle 2 with its hands up says "There is a nasty toy dragon in that box. The chairs are monsters so watch your back. There should not be any more tin soldiers, but I do not know where they went."
Boggle 3 pleads "Let us go that is all we know. This place is a death trap"
Valrieth steps out of the way of the door and says, "You may go, but if you value your lives, you will not bother these children or do anything that brings them harm for the rest of your days." She casts Produce Flame and is ready to throw it at the boggles if they don't behave. As long as the boggles just head south and don't cause any other mischief, like cranking the jack-in-the-box or waking up the monster-chairs, she lets them go. Her concern now is simply to get all of the children out of the workshop, past the monster-chairs, and across the bridge to where (she hopes!) Elidon is waiting for them. She calls out to Elkhorn to bring all of the children out of the workshop and into L3, northeast of that dotted line. She wants everyone out of the workshop first, and then they can try to sneak past the chairs and over to the rope bridge.
Movement: move into L3 and away from the door, but she keeps at least 10' away from the chairs around the tea table Action: Ready an action to throw a flame at one of the boggles. Trigger: the first boggle who tries to turn the jack-in-the-box crank or who "wakes up" the chair monsters. Attack with Produce Flame, 21, Damage: 9 (fire) Bonus Action: None Free Action: Talking
(OOC: Ooops! Val isn't used to having a bestial spirit to manage and cast another concentration spell. So, I guess the green fox vanished when she cast Entangle.)
(OOC: Val was just trying to hand off the empty bottle to Aoife, who was next to the puddle of boggle oil. So, Aoife should now have the bottle of boggle oil.)
ilifir also ceases fire, watching the fleeing boggles carefully to make sure they dont try anything, but more than happy to let them flee, moving closer to the door, but giving the chairs a wide birth
action: active perception check if i can, i'd like to see if there are any other dangers in the way of our escape: 6

ilifir watches the collapse with a mix of pride and shame, then turns to valrieth, clearly struggling for words, before trying to explain "the boggles, when they refused to bargain, to me that made them still just followers of the hag"

ilifir watches the collapse with a mix of pride and shame,
Valrieth also watches the collapse of Loomlurch with some pride. Not bad for a little harengon and her friends! She excitedly says, "See, Finley?! I just knew that The Stars showed great deeds for us if we're just brave enough to continue on The Path that Fate had laid! But the death of a hag...this changes everything! And maybe I'll even be able to fulfill my bargain with Bloody Toes! I'll need to take some new observations tonight and then check my star charts in the morning. Ooh! And I haven't even made a star chart for Aoife yet."
But then Val realizes her assumption, and her ears drop a little. She turns to look at Aoife and suddenly looks shy and awkward and as small as her height (barely 3 ft. tall). As she continues, her voice is less excited, and she seems to be talking to Aoife's knees: "Um...I mean...we thank you for your help with Granny Nightshade, Aoife. You're welcome to join us -- of course! -- but I didn't mean to presume. You were very brave in fighting the dragon and Granny Nightshade! I believe that the Fates brought you to us, and I hope that -- now that you're here in Prismeer -- you'll join us on our Quest restore the rightful Queen of Prismeer, Zybilna." She waits, anxiously, for Aoife's answer.
then turns to valrieth, clearly struggling for words, before trying to explain "the boggles, when they refused to bargain, to me that made them still just followers of the hag"
Val takes another headcount of the children to ensure that everyone made it before she loses track as their group joins Elidon, Will of the Feywild, and the other kids in Will's "gang." She's a little pre-occupied with making sure that no one wanders off, and it takes her a moment to realize what Ilifir is talking about. "Oh," she says, "it's OK, Ilifir. 'All's well that ends well!' I think that Prismeer has become an awful, corrupted place since the hags took over: putrid swamps, poisonous forests. And who knows what we'll find in Yon?! It's hard to know how to behave in these hag-corrupted realms. If you hadn't attacked, maybe the boggles would have made more trouble for us in getting the children out? 'We will never see the threads that the Fates did not weave.'"
Val reflects on her time since leaving Faerun and coming to Prismeer. She continues, "I have fought more in the past week than I ever dreamed I would...against greedy brigands, destructive elemental spirits, strange monsters, and even blood-thirsty fey. The hags are truly evil, and I don't think that they can be redeemed. But I guess that many of the fey in these realms aren't purely good or evil. Some of them can seem threatening, like the blink dogs, but they're just on their guard because of how dangerous Prismeer has become. There are those fey who profit from or take advantage of the hags' evil influence, but few of them are as loyal to the hags as Cradlefall (the dragon) or as willing to fight to the death as some of Granny Nightshade's magical constructs were. When they meet stiff resistance, they may surrender or provide some assistance. I try to give the creatures we meet the opportunity to surrender or to give up their wickedness, and sometimes, we've found unexpected allies -- even in the house of a hag! But I must admit that other times, that just leads to getting burned -- sometimes quite literally!"
Val finishes with a simple conclusion: "You mean well, Ilifir, and you're a good..um..fey." (She realizes mid-sentence that she's not entirely sure what species Ilifir is.) "I trust you, and I'm glad that you've joined us on this Quest!"
