Frustrated that the fight is going on up where he can't help with his bow, Tyris stashes the bow away and climbs up after the others, yanking a shortsword out of it's sheath on his belt when he reaches the top.
Acrobatics: 15 (If it has to be athletics, -2 to the result)
As Tyris approaches Oreus, Oreus tells him that there really isn't room up there for another person (You don't have the movement to climb back down, causing everyone to be squeezed)
Squeezing into a Smaller Space
A creature can squeeze through a space that is large enough for a creature one size smaller than it. Thus, a Large creature can squeeze through a passage that's only 5 feet wide. While squeezing through a space, a creature must spend 1 extra foot for every foot it moves there, and it has disadvantage on attack rolls and Dexterity saving throws. Attack rolls against the creature have advantage while it's in the smaller space.
If you decide to continue you were able to climb up the shaft easily, but because of the tight space you (along with Laladak, Alben, Fario, and the Skulk) with be at disadvantage.
If you stop you moved 5 feet and you can move back 5 or 10 feet if you want.
Oreus again climbs up the shaft and sees that the skulk seems to have surrendered. He appears to be speaking in a language you don't understand and is miming something. Unless you stay up (causing everyone to be squeezed), you really don't have enough time to decipher his gestures.
”why don’t we see if he can understand our language? If not, I’d say let’s tie him and bring him upstairs: somebody must understand his language or the magic shop may be of assistance “
The skulk doesn't seem to understand any of the languages Alben spoke.
Fario agrees to Oreus' suggestion, but he doesn't have any rope. "Do either of you have rope? We should at least tie his hands, so he can't get a weapon and attack us while we are eescorting him to the town" He asks Alben and Laladak.

(In that case Tyris just stays where he is at the bottom)
Alben is up
Alben Will attack with shocking grasp again: .Attack: 22 Damage: 7 (against touch ac)
Alben's Shocking Grasp deals a jolt to the skulk.
Fario stands up and uses his Second Wind 9 and then attacks with his Longsword Attack: 9 Damage: 11, but maybe because of the blood loss he misses.
Fellian touchs Oreus with a guidance spell.
The skulk throws his rapier down and jabbers in an unintelligible language, miming something with his hands.
Alben, Laladak and Fario (10) can make an Intelligence Check DC 17 to see if you understand what he is miming.
Back to the party

Laladak will keep his sword leveled at the Skulk but kick its rapier away with his free action.
"I...dont...understand...you, but I'm willing to try."
Laladak would like to spend his action trying to understand the Skulk.

Alben cycles through his known languages to see if the skulk recognizes/knows one. (common, draconic, dwarvish, elven, goblin)
The skulk doesn't seem to understand any of the languages Alben spoke.
