Thanks for the heads up. So the primary problem that sticks out to me is unbalanced encounters and XP gain. I will try to fix the later problem by awarding XP at every encounter rather than the total XP at the end of the mission. If that doesn't work let me know of any other ways of enhancing character progress.
The second problem is encounter balancing. Hopefully, the faster level up rate will help with that? Regardless, I will keep trying to refine it as things go on. This campaign is still my very first time DMing and I'm learning as I go. To fix the balance problem, I'll simply lower the difficulty the same way I do it when making doom maps; Place Monsters and then delete some of them if the map was too hard. I realize this isn't the best way to balance something so if any one has better ideas, I'm open to suggestions.
Also, I'm sorry every encounter felt like they had DM intervention. As far as I was aware, I intervened and saved the party only once in the entire year we've been playing and that was against the bandit encounter you guys had. Almost everything else just played out the way it was supposed to.
As the newest member I'll add my 2 cents. Thanks for letting me join the fun. I agree more or less with everyone else. You have made this world seem fairly large so far and the 2 fights I have been in I almost died, but I still had fun.

Heads up! I think we should have a new player joining soon. Please welcome Mehmen to the party both IC and OOC. Once his character shows up in game that is.
Hello everyone. I have finally finished plotting out the 13 Key Quests that is made to progress the story forward. I had all of them as well as related side-quests plotted out before but I lost all data after the computer was repaired. Regardless, I have completed the quest plotting and now am working on the side-quests (on an average, there's like 3 for every key quest).
Out of the 13 quests, you have already completed one: The quest regarding the woman in the woods who exploded. I did some calculations and you'll be on your way to the 2nd quest very shortly (Right after the Dragon Fossil quest is completed in fact). Though I obviously won't tell you exactly what the other quests are, I do want some advice from you guys on how I can speed things up. I think 13 is a pretty big number. Especially considering all the other side quests there are as well as the fact that the "End-Game" is a separate section. So I do want to speed play up a bit without causing an inconvenience to the players. Any advice on what I can do?
Alright gentlemen, settle down as Zulk bumps this thread like a moron to share with you one of his drug infused stories. Last night I had a dream about DnD. I welcome you all to sit down and die of boredom as your awesome DM proves the saying, "There is nothing more boring than listening to another man talk about his dreams."
DOOOOM:
Alright, so I dreamed that we had gotten quite far in our campaign. You guys had finished almost all of the main quests except for the last few and was basically at the last 3rd of the game. All your characters were at level 15 (which is odd because that's actually a lower level than expected for the part of the game you were in). Seems normal so far right? Well, like all of my dreams, what starts out as normal quickly goes into drug trip territory. Your characters all stumbled upon an ancient Coliseum lost to time... even though I don't have such a dungeon plotted anywhere on my map IRL. So as your characters are about to enter the long forgotten compound, I say, "Hey, let's stop the session here and meet up in real life. We'll all meet up at a place and continue the adventure in one 4 hour session." This is a borderline psychotic suggestion considering each of us are in a different part of the planet. Surprisingly, everyone agreed to this borderline psychotic suggestion. So we booked a room in a shady hotel to hold our session. Why we did this or who funded this is beyond my comprehension. What's even stranger is that the hotel in question is a full on medieval fantasy tavern that's located smack in the middle of a big city and is surrounded by buildings 3 times taller than it was. Everyone else had already arrived and I was the last to arrive, though not late. As I entered, I noticed this place was filled with guys in fantasy costumes. This was a RPG hotel. So I walked up and joined the rest of you. All of you looked almost exactly like your profile picture or your character thumbnail though all of you were guys. Like Northwest was basically a red-haired dude in a grey T-shirt. So anyway, we're about to start the session when a whole group of other guys in the hotel shows up and wants to join. So now I'm in complete panic mode. There is 10-12 players in total and I don't know how I can handle this. The next series of events boiled down to me describing the opening 3 rooms of the abandoned complex over and over again and arguing about rules and making exceptions of said rules with them. Finally, I "Rocks Fall" them and they leave. Now the room has the five of us and it's already 12:00 AM. We try to continue the game for about 30 more minutes but it just doesn't get started and nobody wanted an all-night session. Two of you guys decide to spend the night at the hotel and the rest of us go to nearby restaurant and eat Dal vaat (A Bangladeshi food I eat everyday. The thing you see in the pic is poured on rice and eaten) Then we go home. Then next day, we vow to never meet up for a session IRL and we continue the adventure in the PBP. I just got down describing a bit more than 3 rooms this time and then it was time for me to get up and go to class.
Well anyway, that was my weird dream for the day. While I'm at it I have updated the campaign page with new maps... At least I plan to as soon as the page stops loading.

Again, thanks a bunch for DMing this campaign. I’m glad you’re open to some feedback because many DMs are not.
