Katerielle quietly and carefully moves forward on top of the wall from Q18 to Q15. She will point out to the others that Kytrin is working on the chest, then signal that they can come back up and descend on the other side of the rubble. She continues to watch the area and listen for movement or noise.
Stealth 15
(OOC: From the map the door just leads to a couple small rooms or a single hall with a door coming out to the left in by the curtain area with jars. Since the main entrance looks to be opposite us, I think this is the main bads treasure room and guard dog. I think he is in the area to my characters left under the second floor "Roof".)
You easily move about without the Owlbear or anyone else becoming aware of you. Looking at the chest, you notice that it's old and rotted. It doesn't appear to even have a lock (or be trapped).

Yes, Droop is with the horses. If you get busy moving rubble, you can't keep the Owlbear calm while Elila is around. She will have to climb back up.
I'll rule it will take a couple of hours to 'silently' move all that rubble to create a path. Everyone else roll Stealth checks while you wait. You got to the castle around mid-day, so by the time Leek clears a path, it would be around 4-5 pm.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
As Leek begins excavating the rubble, the party settles down for a long wait. 3 hour(s) later, Rindelk's stomach rumbles and looking around panicked, tries to walk along the crumbling wall to get a little bit down-wind from the others before hiking up his robes and leaning his back end over the edge. Returning to the party looking a little bit ashamed, Rindelk steps on a large stone which shifts and falls down below next to Leek and the Owlbear.
The owlbear jumps in surprise and howls, rushing and slamming itself onto the door.
Kitryn after sharing the chest contents with the party hears the goblins and tries to stealth and take a more advantageous position where she can use a ranged attack on them should things go sideways.
Well group. Let's make a plan. Do we want to go through the rubble or through the door?

The door doesn't even budge. There is no evidence of a lock, or even a handle, on this side of the door.

Kitryn opens the chest claims whatever's in it then makes her way to the rest of the party to let them know what was in there.
The chest is unlocked and contains 90 ep, 120 gp, a potion of healing, a scroll of silence, and a scroll of revivify.
GM, did we forget about Droop? He isn't on the map. I guess he is with the horses?
Leek will start removing rubble with Mold Earth to create a path to around p14 until told otherwise.

Sooooo by the stealth rolls it seems in the quietness of the afternoon Rindelk lets go an epic fart which causes Leek to guffaw loudly...
And I'm assuming the thief is honest and we each get 18 electrum p and 24 gp?

Damn. I guess I'll have to try and calm him down again.
Animal Handling: 22
Leek manages to calm the owlbear down again. (Remove 2 more rations from your inventory.)
As Leek is busy with the owlbear, he and the others can hear the muffled gibberish language of goblins on the other side of the door.
Kitryn after sharing the chest contents with the party hears the goblins and tries to stealth and take a more advantageous position where she can use a ranged attack on them should things go sideways.
