If I get a bonus for not moving, Leek will shoot again at the same goblin. If there is no bonus for not moving, I will move down the treeline towards the goblin and shoot again.
Attack roll (straight up. Please add a bonus if I have one, or none if there is none)
OOC: If you are moving (there is no bonus for not moving), tell me where you end up, and if important, tell me what path you take to get there. Otherwise I'll put you where I think you mean, and my interpretation might not be what you want. Also tell me if you shoot then move, or move then shoot, or move then shoot then move.
ooc From what I am understanding, I can cast Faerie Fire towards the goblin? And that requires no roll.
Katerielle wants to cast Faerie Fire.
OOC A mechanics lesson: You cast Detect Magic. That used one of your two level 1 spell slots your allowed to cast with. The only way to get those slots back is to take a long rest (8 hours of rest, so sleeping or meditating for Elves). You are free to use your spells as you wish, just letting you know you are limited in how many spells you can cast per day. Cantrips are the exception! Cantrips are level zero spells, and are always available.
Second, Detect Magic is a concentration spell that lasts 10 minutes. You can only ever have one concentration spell at a time, unless specific skills or items state otherwise. By casting Faerie Fire, you will have to drop Detect Magic.
Third, Faerie Fire doesn't cause damage, if that is what you are after. The spell is intended to be used in many different ways, one of which is to light up an enemy so it can't hide or use Invisibility. It is a utility spell. It could be useful here, as the Goblin with the bow has tried to hide once already.
Fourth, I see you moved Katerielle off the wagon and to the side of the road, but the goblin with the bow is still 70 feet away from you. Faerie fire is an area of effect spell with a range of 60 feet. You can cast the spell so it lands 60 feet away and the Goblin will be at the edge of the area of effect, or you can try to move up another 10 feet and cast the spell right on top of him so he'll be in the middle of the area of effect.
Let me know how you want to play this.
P.S. You also have a crossbow with a range of 80 feet.
In the corner of her eye, Kitryn sees the Goblin duck into the brush after firing an arrow at her. In retaliation, she sprints to stand next to the little Goblin with a bow, short sword and dagger drawn, an intimidating grin on her face.
OOC: In a turn you get:
Movement per your character sheet
1 action: Dash, Dodge, Attack, Cast spell... are all actions.
1 bonus action: only available if you have an ability that can be used as a bonus action
1 Reaction: this happens after your turn is finished and before your next turn starts. Abilities, skills and spells will have triggers allowing a reaction to happen.
By moving and dashing, all you have left is Bonus Action, which you have no abilities to use it up. So your turn is done. However, the Goblin is ranged and won't like you being there.
Katerielle cast Faerie Fire and all of the trees and bushes began to glow with a eerie light. The Detect Magic spell fades away as it is released.
OOC: Kitryn needs to roll a Dexterity Saving Throw.
The Goblin rolls a Dexterity Saving Throw to try and resist the effect of Faerie Fire: 6and fails. All attacks against this Goblin now have advantage, and the Goblin can't hide.
Rindelk looks up from writing in his journal and notices the Goblin facing Ereneath. He takes his arcane focus and repeats the Fire Bolt that worked so well the last time.
Attack: 20 Damage: 6
The bolt hits the Goblin directly on top of the arrow protruding from it's chest, incinerating it right thru. The Goblin barely has time to notice the black char that marks his chest before his legs give out and falls to the ground.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Leek runs up the tree line to close the distance with the Goblin, and fires another stone from his sling.
Since you have advantage from Katerielle's spell, rolling attack again: 6 . Your original 16 is enough, since you moved and the Goblin lost it's +2AC for half cover.
The stone hits the already swaying Goblin square in the side of the head, and the Goblin flops to the ground.
OOC: Leek, that's a kill. Roll a 1d6 (for a small creature) for your "issue".
The area grows quiet once more.
What do you want to do? Post at your convenience, no need to wait your turns.
Erenaeth, you shot 4 arrows, you permanently lose 2.
Kirtryn huffs as she watches the goblin fall limp before her.
as no other treats present: loot the goblins (roll?)
then investigate the horses: 17
then move the horses so the cart can proceed.
Kitryn fails to avoid the effect of the Faerie Fire spell and is currently glowing, attracting the eyes of anyone looking in the general direction.
OOC: The effect lasts 1 minute unless Katerielle chooses to drop the spell.
Kitryn uses the light his body is throwing to clearly strip the goblins of weapons and armor, throwing them into a pile. There are 4 tattered globin leather armors, 2 crude scimitars, 2 gnarled black goblin shortbows with about a dozen black feathered arrows. None of the items are in a useable condition or sized for the party. They will barely be worth the materials they are made of if trying to sell them.
Kitryn then investigates the dead horses. They've been dead about a day. There are several empty small puncture wounds, and a few that still have broken arrow shafts imbedded in them. The saddlebags have been looted, and on the ground nearby is an empty leather map case.
The task of moving the horses will take some time, including unhitching the oxen to help pull them away.
OOC: If someone wishes to take a SHORT REST during this time, they can.
While all of this is going on, Leek cuts his rope into 4 equal lengths, ties them to the feet of the Goblins and drags them all together near a low hanging branch. He throws the rope over the branch, hoists the Goblins until their heads are hanging slightly above the ground, then slits their throats, pulling the heads back one by one to thoroughly drain the bodies of their blood. After doing so, Leek appears visibly calmer and content.
After spending some time examining tracks and searching around, Kitryn can say with surety that the Goblins have been using this place to stage ambushes for some time. A trail hidden behind thickets on the north side of the road leads northwest. About a dozen goblins have come and gone along the trail, as well as signs of two human-sized bodies being hauled away from the ambush site.
Kitryn also finds a scrap of ledger clearly showing Gundren's signature.
"Once I get this arrow out of me and patched up a bit, I say we follow the trail. If our employer has been taken, we'll have to at least make an attempt to rescue him. If we kill a nest of Goblins, all the better."
Eren will then attempt whatever first aid he can after removing the arrow in a way that causes the least damage.

Katerielle wants to cast Faerie Fire.
being alerted to the new foe, i will DASH straight up the road in to melee range of the archer.

2nd weapon: 15, dmg: 1

Erenaeth watches the Goblin succumb to Rindelk's fire, arrow nocked and ready... Luckily the glowing area of trees clearly outline yet another Goblin.
Since you have advantage from Katerielle's spell, rolling attack again: 12
Erenaeth's fourth arrow lodges itself firmly in the arm of the Goblin, who screeches.

oh come on!!
while examining the ledger:
"Gundren's the guy who hired us, and holds our pay for arrival. did he not leave by horse just before with another human just before us?"
do we recognise the horse as the same pair? roll?
"anyone else got a mind that we don't get paid for this wagon unless we follow on this trail?"
