Rubina makes sure to order the Frost Fire for Guardok and one for herself as well. "It will be a bit busy, but I figure I can manage. And yes, if there's some way you can help I'll let you know."
Quentillius stays quiet as the two discuss the band preformance.
"It should be a fun concert," Rubina says. "We'll play a variety of pieces. Mainly just fun things this time. It should be nice."
Mae will look Mei over a bit during breakfast with a moment of concern, but seeing as she seemed all right, didn't bother her much other than to wish her a good morning. On the carriage ride she took the time to rest as much as possible, looking back out the window, but if anyone asked she gladly told them about the ballet and music and that overall it was a good experience she thought.
The purple-skinned tiefling too would cast curious but concerned glances at the petite oracle at breakfast, but he says nothing about his observations last night, yet. In the carriage back to the university he would focus on finishing up his piece for the Strixhaven Star, trying to give the team all the credit they deserve for their spectacular achievement. He would of course also partake in some small talk with the others about their visit.
"I like the sound of some fun upbeat music", Guardok replies with a smile. "I was so close to joining the band myself, and am a little jealous to tell the truth. But getting to see you perform makes up for it".
He waits for their Frost Fires to arrive, before toasting to a great performance in the play and the band. And after his drink is drunk, he will thank Rubina again, settle his tab and make his back to Dresar Hall for some much needed sleep.
(OOC: Let me know how much was spent, but am happy to move on when the others are ready)
Mei did not sleep at all when she returned to the room. If Mae woke up, she would chatter immediately about everything that just happened. If not, in the morning, up again before anyone else, she's the brightest and most awake the others have ever seen her. When they've gathered for breakfast, she describes everything that happened the night before and her apparent blessing from Disyn--showing them the sketches she did in the wee hours of her vision of the goddess, the clearing, and the lantern.
On the carriage ride, she tries her best to persuade the driver to let her sit next to him for part of the journey (mostly just to feel the rush of wind in her hair). She's a ball of energy that seems impossible to extinguish and not once does she doze off the whole ride back to Strixhaven.
The group enjoys their drinks as they continue to chat and listen to music. Once Guardokstarts to get ready to go, Quentillius stands as well. "I should probably get back to my room as well. Thank you both for your pleasant evening." He quickly departs leaving just Rubina. "Well, I should probably stick around for Aurora's performance - whenever that might be. I'm glad to get to celebrate your gymnastics performance. Have a good night and some well-deserved rest."
The genasi is able to get back to his room with no issues. It likely doesn't take long for him to be fast asleep.
Mae, Malvyn, and Knapcan't help but notice how energetic Meiis both in the morning and on the carriage ride back.
It takes Mei a little bit of time to convince him, but eventually the driver relents and lets her sit next to him for a bit. Once they get to the carriage's next stop and she returns back to the usual passenger seating, he can be heard muttering, "Is that lass crazy or just always like that?"
It's a long ride, made a little less exciting as it signals the end of their trip and a return to the schoolwork at Strixhaven in the morning. But there are no mishaps along the way, and as the evening approaches, they make it back to Dresar Hall.
(OOC - Guardok had the rest of Sunday if he wished to do anything. Although much of the time was taken with play rehearsals.)
The purple-skinned tiefling would listen attentively to everything the petite oracle shares but will ask no questions at this time, mostly relieved there seemed to be nothing sinister about this...gathering. As the carriage arrives at Strixhaven, Malvyn would first visit the offices of the Strixhaven Star to submit his text, then proceeding to the Bow's End tavern, hoping to find Aurora there.
Guardok spends Sunday rehearsing for the play and catching up on any homework / revision he is behind on. Along with his usual exercises and sword practice. He of course does not miss a meal.
Mae finds it all a little amusing, watching Mei's enthusiasm, but once back she finds herself settling back in quickly, albeit very tired, and getting ready for the upcoming events.
Mei showers Guardok, Piero, and Lesviel with souvenirs upon their return (if they’re in their rooms), then hurries off to the Biblioplex to look for anything about Disyn. Focused on scouring the library, she most certainly misses dinner that night.
(Does her energy seem to be lasting? And darkvision? Was there anything in the pamphlet about how she might hold a ritual that night for Disyn herself? Also, random question: is Cadoras also in Dresar? Or a different residence hall?)
Meicontinues to feel energetic, and the dark vision still seems to be present. Lesviel is present and Guardok is certainly there, if not initially then shortly after. Lesviel is very appreciative of the souvenirs. "Oh, that was completely unnecessary. You are so thoughtful Mei!"
Malvyndoesn't stick to Dresar long before he is off to the Bow's End Tavern. Coming inside he looks around a moment before he feels someone come up behind him. "Aw, Mal! I didn't expect to see you here tonight. You must be exhausted after all that traveling!" The voice is immediately recognizable as belonging to Aurora.
Guardok is busy with rehearsal for a good part of the day. But is back in Dresar Hall to at least see everyone as they arrive back. And of course, to make it to dinner there too!
Piero even makes an appearance when everyone is back. He congratulates Guardokon his gymastics performance when he hears about it. "You've got a play coming up too don't you? Perhaps I'll have to see that one. We'll see."
Mae relaxes in her room, preparing for the coming week.
"I suppose I should be..."The purple-skinned tiefling says and embraces the raven-haired performer. "...but I needed to see you, I missed you and would very much like to spend the evening with you, well, unless you have other plans."He asks with a warm smile, his long purple tail swaying slowly behind him with excitement.
Stepping back a little from Malvyn, Aurora smiles broadly at the tiefling. "Well, I think I could do that. I don't perform until a bit later and could use a drink. What about you Mal? Some dinner perhaps?" She catches the attention of a server, "One my usual," she tells her, holding her up until she sees what Malvyn might wish to order.
Guardok is very appreciate of the gifts from Mei. "You went all the way to see me compete, and then you got me presents?!", he says incredulous. "Thanks, Mei. You are the most thoughtful person I have ever met".
He is also pleased to see Piero, it had been quite lonely at Dresar with him gone as well. "You should do, it'll be great. Let me know if you have anything special coming up too, and I will come along and support you".
With his belly full, and all his friends back, even though some went out and about, he goes to sleep happy.
"Yes, something to eat, splendid."Malvyn says, ordering his usual grilled meat sandwich and a bottle of red wine to enjoy in the company of the raven-haired performer. He then leads Aurora to find a table a bit to the side, offering her seat before taking a seat opposite her at the small table. "Oh, and I found you something..." He says, reaching into his pocket, placing a a rather ornate purple-black rose pin before Aurora. "...I hope you like it." He adds with a warm smile, his sharp teeth showing slightly.
Auroa sits with Malvyn and then is a bit surprised as he offers her a present. "Mal, I didn't really expect anything." She takes a moment to look it over. "I love the colors. And it really suits me." She grins, "And here I have nothing for you." She puts on the pin and sits back to enjoy her drink once it and Malvyn'smeal arrives. The two talk for a while until it is time for Aurora to perform. It is a fairly typical set for her, while never the same songs, the tiefling at least has heard them before.
Mei'ssearch of the Biblioplex does not yield anything on Disyn. Unlike many of her trips, she stays alert and awake as she scours many different sources. But it does not seem this is a goddess that much has been written about. Despite her ability to pour through many books, she doesn't find anything before the library closes. She certainly has not exhausted the search at this point though.
The evening moves along with everyone eventually making it back to Dresar Hall for a good night's sleep. Mae does run into Larine the next day on the way to her first class, wanting to hear all about the trip. And Caodras catches Meiin between classes, shocked that she seems so awake and alert.
The next week of classes flies by, faster for some than others. There are practices of all sorts, leading up to Friday night, and the opening of play. The floormates have simply not had a huge amount of time to spend together this week as each has been pulled into preparations.
Mae looked a bit relieved to see Larine again and spent a considerable amount of time with her, regaling her with the weekend's activities, from the delicious breakfasts, the fascinating ballet, and a fair report on the actual gymnastics competition and how she thought Guardok and others represented the school well. She said she thought she heard someone mention something about a foam finger but she never saw someone's hand made of foam. She did ask how Larine's weekend went and if there were any updates on her swim routine and their possible plans for the following weekend with the band performance coming up.
With her newfound energy, Mei tries her best to catch up with all she's missed for her classes because of lack of sleep. She pushes the limits of her wakefulness, filling every moment she can with productivity and becoming reluctant to rest at all. It creates a sort of manic compulsion in the dreamer, as though she's making up for lost time.
Friday night before the play, she can be found studying a book on arithmancy in the darkness of the study room, oblivious to the time.

Mei gets back to her room still wrapped up in her pamphlet. Malvyn follows without being noticed.
The next morning, Knap and Mae join them. They grab a quick bite to eat before they need to be back on the coach to Strixhsven.
