On a another line of thought, are goblins accepted in civilised parts of Uvalli? Or are they more like in other fantasy settings, where they are more commonly hostile and not accepted in polite society?
Definitely considered on a scale of untrustworthy to hostile. Generally not considered a huge threat because they don't form large enough numbers in Uvalli. You might find one or two in the sketchiest slums of Solacus.
On a similar note / just for future reference, drow aren't the typical raiders and slavers in Uvalli. They're more so reclusive, xenophobic at worst. Still a lawful evil tendency, but neutral and even good drow are more common and less despised by their kind than in typical dnd worlds. Mostly they just squabble and wage wars against themselves underground. If they are causing trouble above ground, it's usually some ancient blood feud between particular families of high elves or wood elves. That enmity is definitely still there, but drow don't have particular hatred for any other races.
ill have to change that i guess. hes just laughing about the part where the donkey has to feed Rat. not a native speaker, so i didnt know that site blow doesn't have the same meaning that know it for, sorey.
Can I assume Dril has had plenty enough time to prepare the spells i want before entering the mine? I mostly want to just get rid of illusory script but i wont have my character sheet in front of me untill the morning and never explicitly stated that he's preparing new spells.
As a wizard he has access to any spells in his spellbook, he doesn’t prepare them like a cleric or druid. You learn two new spells each time you level, and you can also copy new spells into your book if you find spell scrolls either in a magic store or as loot. Ostensibly you could get rid of spells from your book if you wanted, but there wouldn’t really be a point to that.
Sorry guys, i'm on vacation myself at the moment, so if im not posting for a while just put me on autopilot to speed stuff up. I'll try to keep posting though.
Btw Sphynxyy how common are changelings in Uvalli? Would Nean possibly have heard about them before or are they something entirely new? Still thinking about how to approach that.

As Ospos squares away his donkey, he uncovers:
Ospos grabs the grappling hook and secures it to his pack. The rope, shovel and pick are there for others to carry.
"Nean can't help but smile at Ospos's site blow."
Can't figure out what that means or is supposed to mean...
ill have to change that i guess. hes just laughing about the part where the donkey has to feed Rat. not a native speaker, so i didnt know that site blow doesn't have the same meaning that know it for, sorey.

Wizards do have to prepare spells. It should be Int mod plus wizard level. They don't know all the spells on their list like clerics or druids.
And per RAW, they can only change their spell list after a long rest, and it takes 1 min per spell level in the list.
Yes y'all are right! Thanks for the clarification, I didn't have access to my book

Hey guys, sorry for the lack of posts in the last few days, been busy with other things, should have a lot more free time from now on which is good.
Okay so for integrity's sake I'm just going to assume I had time during travel to prepare spells. Just trying to lose Illusory Script.
Edit: Illusory Script wasn't the problem.
