MY character dreams of hunting and fishing with his family, then cuts to him singing a crying baby to sleep. "Look dad, I got a fish!" "Now we have food for tonight."
I'm kind of done waiting in vain, I've written to the DM with no response, I think I'm quitting now. But just in case campaign ever continues, I'm going to roleplay the crap out of my exit.
"I think I've had enough of weirdness," druid says. "Whatever that thing problem is, I'd rather not make it mine. If we cross paths again, I'll be sure to land a hand, but I doubt it. In fact, I believe I'd rather be looking for answers on mu own."
With these words, druid stood and turned around on his heels, dripping purple sparks in every direction. At the end of a turn, a lagre gray wold stood in his place. The animal let out a low melodic growl and ran towards the exit, followed by shrieks and screams from other patrons. And by "who's going to pay for that wine?" from the innkeeper.

Isabeau looked at Roland and in a similar tone said "I miss the days when the Realms made sense."
