RAGDOR points at the first BUGBEAR. Suddenly a bell sounds filled with sadness and distress. Life energies drain from the Goblinoid.
ERKY also moves into the room next to the Cleric. He hits the first BUGBEAR with a Ray of Frost.
The first BUGBEAR yells something out in the Goblinoid language and moves to attack XANTH. The big Barbarian gets the first strike as it moves within the reach of his Glaive.

The second BUGBEAR turns from pruning around the verge and with also a glaive-like weapon moves to attack the big Barbarian.

The third BUGBEAR dashes toward the commotion from across another large gallery-like garden room.
Glynt will case Faerie Fire on the Two Bugbears that are clumped together, taking care not to hit the rest of his own party.

Each object in a 20-foot cube within range is outlined in green light. Any creature in the area when the spell is cast is also outlined in light if it fails a Dexterity saving throw. For the duration, objects and affected creatures shed dim light in a 10-foot radius.
Any attack roll against an affected creature or object has advantage if the attacker can see it, and the affected creature or object can't benefit from being invisible.
Bix will use her move to go back into the room we just came from, map updated, Stealth roll 26 and would like to hold her action until #3 comes in the room. At that time, she will aim her crossbow and fire, attack roll 16 for 11 pts of damage.

BIX moves back into the first room and readies an attack.
XANTH rages and kills the first BUGBEARwith his main attack and strikes the second one with his Offhand Attack. (Xanth could roll to see if it is a Crit since you have Advantage on the second one.)
RAGDOR cures the wounds of the big Barbarian.
ERKY hits the second BUGBEAR with a pathetic Guided Bolt.
BUGBEAR 2attacks XANTH ATT 9 DMG 11
The third BUGBEAR enters the same area. BIX puts a bolt into this fresh enemy. It is a bit ripe now.
The third BUGBEAR,originally intent on striking the Dwarf, turns toward Dark Elf and thrusts at her with its Glaive. (BIX will earn partial cover (+2 to AC) for being behind the door.)
Bix, dropping her crossbow and letting it hang from the tither on her belt, pulls her rapier, moves to engage #3 with a quick stab, attack nat 20+5=25 for 11 pts of damage, pulling Portia's Wrath from it's scabbard she slices it across the abdomen, attack 17 for 2 more pts of damage. (map updated)
BIX lets her crossbow drop to her side. She then draws her Rapier and makes a lethal strike against the BUGBEAR. It howls in pain. Then the Drow Rogue draws out Portia’s Wrath with an additional slice. The howling goes silent as BIX finishes off the third BUGBEAR.
XANTH misses with the business end of the Glaive but strikes the second BUGBEAR with its butt.
RAGDOR then moves around the second BUGBEAR. He swings his Warhammer striking true and killing the second BUGBEAR.
RAGDOR will look around the two large rooms. The doors don't appear to be trapped. The Bugbears did not have anything on them other than their makeshift glaives. However, on one of the tables you will find two vials with a curious red liquid. ERKY will take a few minutes and see if he detects any magic. He does. You find two vials of a potion of healing.
