The green fire burns away the flesh of Karvas' form as it rolls over him, and the large entity lets out an uncharacteristic screech of pain. The flame appears to catch more easily on him than you would expect. As the fire washes over the priest next to him you can see his own flesh burn...But the madman lets out a giggle.
A mass of flesh from his torso explodes outward towards the Tortle, slamming into the ground next to him. The flesh pulls back into his body, leaving behind small bits of gore on the ground.

"Ah, the love of this immortal daddy of yours... is that Toto you are referring to, Karvas?" Lyra's grin cuts like a knife. "Judging by the looks of you and your thralls, you could use a little less of Toto's 'love.'"
She lopes north, then northwest 30' as a the darkness of her irises expand to fill her entirety of her eyes, pools of opal shadow staring down Seidarch Karvas. An inky tendril wafts from the dark harmonica at her throat, seeking outward as if floating through water like a sea anemone's translucent arm, drifting above the heads of Glyptemis' and his assailants to alight upon the Seidarch's grotesque form. Ever so gently. (Hexblade's Curse).
Two jet black beams follow, the first flying above what passes for Karvas' head, but the other striking true, hurling the Seidarch backward.
Movement: N-->NW-->N-->NW-->NW-->NW
Bonus Action: Lyra places Hexblade's Curse on Seidarch Karvas (30' range). (Extra +3 on all damage, Crit on 19 or 20, heal 6hp if target reduced to 0hp).

Eldritch Blast beam 2 to hit: 21 Eldritch Blast beam 2 damage: 17 (force) Forced Movement (Repelling Blast): on a hit, target pushed away from Lyra (northeast) 10' (no save)
Karvas sneers - a grotesque sight, as his face has no skin - at Lyra's taunts, face turning to surprise as he's thrown backward by the force her blast. And then he feels the weight of Ilya'sdivine command upon him. Both he and his crazed priest fall to their knees, bowing their heads low to the young woman.
Ilya, Kalamin, Glyptemis, and Leftenant, you're up again!
Leftenant remains where he is, comfortable with the distance for now. He watches with a hint of joy as Lyra unleashes her destruction. Although if he were to see her darkening visage he might begin to wonder if the group was simply trading one evil for another. Luckily, all the veteran sees is the abomination and its ‘handler’ bow before the minstrel mistress.
With a point of his right hand he says, “You are my quarry now!” as he shifts the Hunter’s Mark to the robed puppet to the south of Glyptemis. He follows suit again with two quick arrow, switching to the other robed figure of the first drops.
Glyptemis turns to the now-prone priest, feeling unsettled by the otherwordly distortion of his body, and draws his scimitar in his other hand. The shadowy blade alights with green fire as he swings it down on the priest, following up with another strike with his Scimitar. The unsettled feeling makes him swing a bit wildly, though... and he puts his focus into staying put and getting ready to shield himself.

Her eyes glow with a golden radiance as she rises and calls out. "These lands will suffer you no longer Karvas."She raises her chin up like the daughter of a king, and commands once more: "Bow."

Leftenant'sarrows fly across the room, finding their target with pinpoint accuracy. After the second arrow takes him in the back, the raggedly clothed cultist collapses where he stood. Though still prone, Seidrach's mad priest bashes away Glyptemis' attacks using his shield, giggling the whole time.
Although the priest is unable to deny the authority behind Ilya'scommand, she feels the spell falter as it tries to bring Seidrach Karvas down once more. "You are nothing here!" The mountain of flesh bellows in response. He points to the remaining Cultist. "Your soul become flesh, burn the heathens with your faith." The robed man begins to shake violently, foaming bloodily at the mouth as his skin begins to sizzle.

His second attack drives through the cultist's abdomen, and but a moment later the end of the polearm cracks across their head.
But it isn't enough, and in the next moment the cultist bursts, covering Kalamin, Glyptemis, and the Priestin searing hot blood. Unable to dodge the boiling drops from his prone position, the Priestscreams in delight as parts of his skin are melted away.

The words seem to emanate like a chord from her dark harmonica and hang in the air to grant GlyptemisBardic Inspiration once more (1d6).

Her first blast goes very wide, blasting apart stone on the other side of the room. But her second strikes the flesh puppet in the center of the chest. Its fortitude fails and it falls, leaving only the Seidrachand his Priest to contend with now.
The Priestfor his part is still under the influence of Ilya'scommand, prostrating himself before her.
But the Seidrach has since broken free of the enchantment, and after pulling himself up moves in towards the closest of your group: Glyptemis. Flesh from his torso bubbles outward, forming into a thick tendril that slams into the arcane shield around him. The shield begins to crack...But it does not break.

“And you wanted us to join this circus? You needed us to even usher forth from whence you came. Your old order was shucked from the land for good reason, like the husk of corn. Useless within this world. You are my quarry now!”
