Draíocht and Valar’s attacks hit, while Thelanis’ misses. Amiz is able to break the grapple and move away from the Chuul, who’s still caught in the vines. It makes a DC 14 STR check to break away from the vines:

The Chuul breaks free form the Restrain and come back at Amiz.

Valar continues his assault on the Chuul-Attack 16, damage 7

Amiz attacks with his axe and misses, while an Eldritch Blast flies from Thelanis' hand and hits the wall behind the Chuul. Now it's out of the Entangle spell, you see the beast is moving with incredible agility for its size. It attacks first at Amiz:

Pincer 1 against Amiz Attack: 20 Damage: 11 Bludgeoning and Amiz is Grappled

Then moved to Valar and grabs with it's other Pincer:

Pincer 2 against Valar Attack: 13 Damage: 13 Bludgeoning and Valar is Grappled

Unable to get Valar, the beast strikes out again with it's mouth Tentacles against Amiz:

Amiz makes a DC 13 CON Save: 13 or is Poisoned for 1 minute. While he is poisoned in this way he is also Paralyzed. 

You all are up. Amiz is once again Grappled by the Chuul. He is, however, able to resist the Poison in it's tentacles for now.

Draíocht sees Amiz grappled once more. Hoping the creature will go down soon he takes out another tavern knife and aims it at the chuul.

Draíocht and Valar's attacks hit the Chuul as Amiz breaks out of it's grasp. Thelanis sends out an Eldritch Blast that flies wide.

Sick of trying to keep hold of Amiz, the Chuul turns on Valar:

Pincer 1 against Valar Attack: 17 Damage: 6 Bludgeoning and Valar is Grappled.

Spured on with it's success, it then grabs at Amiz with the other Pincer, then tries to Poison Valar with it's Tentacles.

Pincer 2 against Amiz Attack: 20 Damage: 12 Bludgeoning and Amiz is Grappled

Valar makes a DC 13 CON Save: 20 or is Poisoned
