I’ll say that three of them target Erzer and Ulysse, one of them targets Ulysse and Boil, and the other two target Boil and Jahn. I’ll use the first few saves you guys already rolled just to keep the game going at a good pace.
Two of them will make claw attacks against Ulysse.

(Erzer, although you are now reduced to 0 hit points, as a Shadow Sorcerer you can use Strength of the Grave to make a DC 13 charisma save and instead drop to 1 hit point on a success.)

The 6th mephit’s frost breath recharges, which it will use. Boil and Ulysse, both of you make dex saves.
Ulysse dex save is 14. (If damage is 4 or more, Ulysse will cast Absorb Elements to become resistant to cold damage)
Ulysse will summon the wild spirit to hit as many of the mephits as he can get without friendly fire (creatures within 10 feet of the spirit other then self).
Ice mephits within 10 feet any direction of spirit make a dex save dc 13 or take 3 fire damage, which I think they are vulnerable to.
Then Ulysse will (BA) command the spirit to move to him and teleport him to Sable, dealing the mephits that were attacking Ulysse 7 fire damage unless dex save dc 13.

Using an action for lay on hands 7 points to heal and a bonus action to cast shield of faith on Ulysse to boost their AC
