Firstly, Jahn have laid on hands the creature to stop the bleeding from where it's hand was. So that the crew can get info out of it and maybe avoid a future ambush.
Making it back to Palebank, Jahn would want to see Elro and make sure the family was okay and if they made it in time.
Unfortunately, the creature died before you had the chance to heal it (it doesn’t get death saves). The crew would’ve told you how they sometimes encounter Sahuagin, but normally not this far north.

Erzer wears a billowy cloak, gloves, and high boots, along with a deep cowl, to disguise his skeletal features as much as possible. He tries not to speak, knowing his rasping voice would attract attention. He follows Jahn, ready for action.

Boil asks about a shop to buy health potions, if there is one he would like to buy as many as he can
There doesn’t seem to be any readily available potions of healing. It seems the only shop that would’ve sold that sort of thing was Pelc’s Curiosities, but unfortunately Verla Pelc succumbed to Frigid Woe, as would remember.

Ulysse will follow Jahn, making a point to ask around about all those who they had come acrossed and affected, even if only rumors about those not near by.
Making your way to the town hall, you find Elro. When you open the door, he says,
“Adventurers! You have returned. We received the antidotes just over a week ago. The Buyer paid you on my behalf, I take it? Anyway, Irven and his family are now in good health, thanks to you folk, not to mention Tulgi Lutan. It took some convincing to get her to open her door, but eventually I managed to give her the cure.”
His demeanour becomes more serious as he continues, “All has been well and good for a short time, but alas, just yesterday we had a young white dragon come down from the clouds towards the village. We managed yo scare it away for now, thanks to the Glassblades’ arrows and my friend Mindartis, the local mage. Though it’s gone for the time being, I have no idea when it intends to return, where it came from, or where it lairs. This brings to the next quest I have for you, should you choose to accept it. Long ago, a werewolf knight of great valor used her wealth to raise a bastion in the Crystalsands Tundra. This castle had the power to generate a lightning shield around itself—a shield powerful enough to break sieges and keep monsters at bay. The castle was abandoned shortly after the knight passed away. By then, peace had settled across the land, making the stronghold unnecessary. I ask you to travel to Lightning Keep and rid it of any threats. Rumor has it the lightning shield is powered by six magical lightning rods. If you can find these rods, perhaps the lightning shield could be reactivated, allowing any residents of Palebank Village to use the keep as a sanctuary, should this dragon become a threat to the point that evacuation becomes necessary. What say you, adventurers?”

Xiloscient’s provisions sells any ‘adventuring gear’ from the PHB, with the exception of items that cost more than 25 gp.

Sable was wondering if they would avoid the wolves or kill them. While dangerous, they weren't monsters. But when they started running toward the group, that decided their fate...
Sable gets out her short bow, ready to start shooting them once they get within long range (320'), Though that will take a while, so she looks to see if there's a tree she can climb to get out of their reach.

2 miles out? Can we see if they seem to be regular or dire wolves from this distance?

I would say that they seem to be normal-sized wolves at this distance.
