Bloppblippodd hops nimbky over Sparhawk's kegsweep, but the giant Tentacle smacks her out of the air towards the whirlpool. As she flies off the piercing into the swirling vortex, she sees the splashing in the water. From a distance, numerous swirls and crests bely movement below. "Leemooggoogoon" She calls as she hurtles toward the abyss. Then she gets hit in the head with a rock and falls into, dead, her unblinking eye staring out feom the water where her corpse floats.
You notice all around kuo-toa crying out and flailing in the shallows of the Darklake. Several are pulled under or strike at unseen foes beneath the surface. The water foams red with blood.
Dozens of creatures drawn by the kuo-toa ritual feast on any creatures they can reach in the water. The sudden frenzy sets a wave of panic through the kuo-toa.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Another sound rises above the burbling cries of the kuo-toa. The dark surface of the water farther out bubbles and begins to foam. A thick, oily tentacle bursts forth, followed by another. Then two monstrous heads break the surface, both resembling hideous, angry baboons with wickedly curved tusks. Both heads are attached to a single torso, and the monster’s red eyes burn with bloodlust and madness. The creature rising from the Darklake must stand thirty feet tall or more, with water cascading down its back and shoulders. Upon reaching its full height, the great demon throws back both its heads and roars!
Upon witnessing the rise of the Prince of Demons, each party member must succeed on a DC 13 Charisma saving throw or gain a level of madness
The kuo-toa become incapacitated for 7 minutes, crying out “Leemooggoogoon!” over and over again.
The behemoth wades toward Sloobludop, heads roaring and gibbering, tentacles flailing and smashing the water.

"A rightful place awaits you in the Realms Above, in the Land of the Great Light. Come in peace, and live beneath the sun again, where trees and flowers grow."
— The message of Eilistraee to all decent drow.
"Run thy sword across my chains, Silver Lady, that I may join your dance.”
You could. But the city filled with angry kuo-toa is at your back and the whirlpool and demon lord are hogging the Darklake full of things tearing down anyone in the water. And "Leemooggoogoon" is bearing down on you pretty hard he'll probably make landfall in less than half a minute.
If it was unclear, I'm saying you do have two basic options for escape: by land and by sea, if that's what you want to do. I was just pointing out the hazards of each.
Kos looks at the approaching doom of the sea father, "Maybe we should get out of here before that thing makes landfall!"

"Everyone to the ship!" Captain Sparhawk commands in the commanding voice of one who is a veteran leader. (Sparhawk will have Baron open their boat and try to get the party and new (freed peoples) to jump on board.
(Charisma save: 18, all within 10 feet of Sparhawk who are in his party, freed prisoners have +3 save)
Kos piles into the boat so fast he misses the seat and ends up on the floor of the boat. Instead of getting to a seat he just decides to scramble under one as he figures it might be safer.

Wysaleth jumps at the boat, turning back to see the aberration unleashed in the waters. "Tsk . . . Those kuo-toas managed to summon a demon lord! . . ." He commented to himself, biting at the tip of his wand in nervousness. "Hopefully we can flee. . ."
Its hard for Baron to accept that he cannot defeat the Sea Demon himself, but he reluctantly climbs aboard the boat. As he settles in, he brings the Large tentacle away from the kuo-toa and uses it to help the boat sail.
Sparhawk will try to get the freed "captives" as he calls them aboard and all of his companions. "Head for the waterfall." (the large one we used to get here).

*Since the tentacle killed the Archpriest, can I redirect my eldritch blasts to two of the kuo-toa?*

(Is there some sort of creature emerging or is this the aftermath of the priestess dying?)
( Yeah the archpriest will be treated as an ally. Our game is with the archpriestess)
