"Like I said, my workshop; if you ever need anything made from metal, jewels or leather come buy and I should be able to make you something, for a good price of course." Smithy answers, thinking that it was pretty clear from all the equipment. "Now, why were you looking for me?"

"Yeah, sorry, I did hear you say workshop but although I know your names I don't really know anything else about you."

Taking another look around at your workshop, "I'll keep that in mind."

"Look, here's the thing, earlier today I was approached by a green dragonborn, only it wasn't a green dragonborn. He introduced himself as Fyn and told me he was a changeling. I found that odd as changelings usually go out of their way to hide their nature. Anyway he gave me this," Vonaire pulls a small black object out of his pocket, "it's just a wooden replica but he said it would give you all an idea of what the 'Beak of the Raven' looks like." It's a wooden replica of a bird's beak, painted black.

"He also asked me to give you this." Vonaire hands you a scroll.

“We thank you for bringing this information to my friend Smithy. Fyn is a rather odd fellow. We can let the others you mentioned what you brought us.”

while the man speaks and looks around, Etienne studies the man, his features, his cloths, shoes, weapons, tattooes, trying to get a sense of the man. (Perception: 8

"Well thank you for doing what Fynn asked of you. Not sure why he went this way, but glad we got these from him" Smithy says. 

"Well he already paid me to make the delivery and since the Daggers and I don't exactly get along I was willing to do it dirt cheap. He said it would help damage their outfit and that was enough for me."

Vonaire doesn't act as paranoid once he gets inside, it was just out in the streets he was looking over his shoulder. He now appears a lot calmer in your workshop.

Steel law remains silent for everything, still caught up in the mystery of the order as he just robotically follows his companions into the fray. As the person talks about Fyn and hands over a scroll he just wonders as he finally speaks out loud “What’s on the scroll?” He asks whoever took it.

"Glad to know we aren't the only ones not happy with the daggers, Thank you again, would you be available if we need help again?" Smithy says

"If you want to reach me for anything go to docks and put the word out for the 'Quarter Master.' I'm not the real Quarter Master but it's my underworld alter ego if you will. I can get you anything through my extensive contacts with the shipping smugglers."

He puts his finger aside of his nose and gives you a mischievous wink & grin.

“Perhaps we should discuss next steps” Etienne suggests. 

"Do you have another way out of here? If I was followed I don't want to walk right out into an ambush."

“Of course”

Etienne leads him to a back entrance.

“Let me go out to get some tools and I’ll let you know if the coast is clear”

(Etienne will head to the back shed, fumbling for a tool for horse hoof cleaning and shoeing.. He looks and listens for anyone who may have followed. 

There's no sign of anyone around the tool shed or the nearby vicinity.

Etienne double checks, then will let the man out. Then, he will carefully tail him without his notice for several minutes to make sure he is both ok, and that he himself is not meeting up with someone (in other words, trying to verify he is not a spy).

Once the coast is clear this wiley fellow disappears down an alley. You can roll Perception or Investigation, or something else you might have if you deem it worthy. His paranoia of being followed or hunted may cause him to inadvertently give you the slip.

Lace quietly follows and listens, saying "Please" and "Thank You" as appropriate.  When the beak and scroll are presented, she quietly extends a hand to take them (before passing them on if requested)

She uses Perception and/or investigation on the items to find out what she can.  Rolling twice per item in case she has advantage (since others are looking) or if different things can be told from Perception & Investigation.  The bonus for Investigation is +4 and Perception is +5.  If there's no advantage to multiple rools, just take the first one

This guy and shadows must be best friends as they soon become one and Etienne feels a sense of loneliness, it is then she realizes that the 'Quarter Master's' paranoia makes him hard to follow.

He is probably half way to the docks by now. It's the one place he feels the safest.

The 'Raven's Beak' replica is just to show what the real one would look like, under close inspection anyone can tell it is just painted wood.

The Scroll appears to be another part of Biscotti's last will and testament.

"Why would Biscotti make is so hard for us to have his whole will. Although, maybe it was to keep us focussed and working together, now I think of it." Smithy says before having a look wat this part says.

Steelclaw just looks at the group "I can stay back a bit in the shadows and follow. See if anyone is following us." he says keeping his voice low so only those close can hear.
