Trystane suggests, „If you must put them back to their resting places, please make sure they don’t have weapons in easy reach.“ Though, he does not offer to help. „If this was just the entrance and you want to keep this attitude, I feel that you’re setting yourself up for a massive task. These were the first of many more to come, I daresay.“
He will offer to lead into the secret passage (With Stealth: 16).
Bridgette addresses Trystane, "I'm aware that it isn't always practical, and that the needs of those who live come before those who have passed on... but I want to show some respect to the departed when it is possible and not too terribly impractical."

After the battle had ended, Mysleen had found a place to sit down and clean her rapier. Currently, she is tuning her lute. Her dog Rowdy is next to her. "Why not just let the dead be? It's not like they care what you do with them after they slip into the abyss.", she says to Bridgette.

Bridgette sighs... Mysleen kind of has a point... but...
"It just feels wrong, somehow," she says. "Also... it isn't entirely unheard of for the dead who are left uninterred to drag themselves back from beyond out of anger... I doubt that can happen in this case, but it demonstrates the point that sometimes they care more than you might think."
She sighs.
"Maybe I'm thinking too much... where I come from respect for the dead is extremely sacred."

“Whatever,” Trystane sighs, “Let’s be quick about it,” he says and offers to help her putting the charred and butchered remains in sarcophagi. “Never had I imagined that I would have to clean up after a fight, and less in a forsaken place like this. Truth is I don’t know if it helps them or not but, if you really can’t leave it be, it will allow us to move forward more quickly.”
Bridgette thanks Trystane for his help. She knows well that she probably won't have the luxury of doing this every time they get into a fight, but it feels like the right thing to do, at least when the graves are literally right here.

Bridgette's plea for respect for the dead found an unlikely supporter in Necyra. The tiefling, ever mindful of keeping her outfit pristine, wrinkled her nose at the prospect of handling the wight corpses directly. With a muttered incantation, a spectral hand materialized beside her, shimmering faintly in the dim light. With practiced ease, the Mage Hand reached out, gingerly lifting the desiccated remains and depositing them back into their respective coffins. Necyra, watching the process with a satisfied expression, couldn't help but mutter, "Much better. Now, let's see what secrets this hidden door holds."
Suddenly, her crimson eyes darted around the chamber, taking in every detail...a mischievous glint flickered in their depths. With a series of quick, muttered incantations, a faint, shimmering energy swirled around each of her companions in turn. "A little extra help never hurt anyone" she announced, a hint of a sly grin playing on her lips. [Necyra cast @ will the Guidance spell on everyone]
I’d say our rogue - whose name I will have to learn eventually - would benefit most, I think. Or someone with healing spells, as a getaway rather than a initial attack.

"You are most kind," Bridgette tells both Necyra and Trystane with a smile as they finish interring the last of the corpses. Between Bridgette, Trystane, and Necyra, it probably wouldn't have taken them more than a few minutes.
After that, she is also ready to continue.

Talorin helps Bridgette and the others with putting the wights into coffins. Not the first time he'd come across undead, yet somehow the idea of actually burying them had always slipped his mind. "Hopefully this brings not only you, but also the souls of these folks before their bodies were corrupted, a sense of... gladness."
With the hats and cloaks his hands gravitate towards one of the wide-brimmed hats. He angles his armor to get a look at himself from the makeshift mirror. "Nice and fancy, don't you think?"
He looks on at Mysleen's Rowdy with a face of delight. "That's the doggy you had back at Lord Neverember's, right?" He gives Rowdy a quick pet. "Who's a good boy? You're a good boy." He adds, "Hopefully he gets along with the others. Though I say he looks sturdier than most mastiffs I've seen."
[[ Fine with Trystane / Yurgojin taking the Potion of Invisibility. ]]
Lighting a torch and keeping it aloft with mage hand his interest is caught by the first thing he runs across. The wheels on the yellow path. "Pipes. Wheels. Old crypt? I wonder these do." He takes a light touch to one of the wheels, wondering if it still turns or if rust has stopped it from moving. If they move with any sense of ease, he starts turning them to listen for the sound of running water or possible steam.
Necyra, her crimson eyes gleaming in the dim light, quietly stepped through the secret door into the room. Her eight invisible pixies flitted silently around her, like miniature guardians. She spent a few seconds, passively looking at the rusty standpipes and interlocking cogs covering the walls, guessing it was part of some long-forgotten contraption. [Necyra has a 23 passive perception & an 18 passive investigation] Necyra's keen eyes scanned the room, quickly noting the fused cogs and the single exit – a narrow passage to the west. With a flick of her wrist, she sent one of the pixies flitting ahead to scout the adjoining chamber, soon joining it.
Cog Valve Control Room
Necyra, ever inquisitive, reached out to touch one of the wheels, giving it a tentative turn. If nothing happens, she silently tip-toes into the next room.
Overflow Pool Room
Necyra quickly noticed the flicker of movement beneath the rippling surface of the water basin, causing her to unfurl her wings and flutter high up in the air, backing herself into an upper corner of the room. Intrigued, she raised a clawed hand and focused her magic. "Shape Water" she muttered, and with a ripple of energy, the murky water in the basin cleared dramatically, allowing her (and the accompanying party) to hopefully clearly see the creatures within.
