Hearing what Shayla says, his face takes a look of concern for a second, and responds "Don't tell me I should sleep with one eye open?" he starts laughing as he takes another big gulp out of his mead. "Well, I'm here to ask for help concerning some tribes where I'm from."
Krack asks about the robes and Rix the other cleric smiles a toothy grin, "What colour do you want? We have red, blue and grey as well as the white, special days and holidays we don't always wear white."
When he asked about a dragon visiting the kobolds nearest to him go silent and wriggle their tails, they were hiding something. Yes we have visits from a bronze dragon Rix replied
Theodor/Tarak
No charge. Take them with my blessing. If you could do something about the octopus it would be appreciated. Tarak hands over two bottles of lesser healing.
Veneer
Only Barakas noticed him slip onto the end of the bench. He studies the two humans who live here Tarak and Varnoth. He was sure that he'd heard the name before, Varnoth, that's it General Varnoth Wender, the head of the Azure Wolves mercenary company. Now retired.
"You have my thanks Tarak, you are a noble man. On my honor I will do my best to rid the octopus from this isle. May Bahamut's Grace guide you." Theodor bows his head in appreciation, and exits Tarak's abode.
He makes his way over to where the rest of the pilgrims from the ship are eating and talking. Theodor eats and drinks, and will wait until there's a lull in the conversation, not wanting to interrupt. Then he will inform the rest of the group what he remembers and learnt about the shipwrecks and their link to the zombies on the isle, the harpy that has taken nest on one of the ships, and the octopus that Tarak told him about.
Dinner over the kobolds pick up their own plates to wash. Seconds of the stew were offered the rest of the pilgrims along with another tankard of mead. It is just the right time for Theodor to speak to them.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.

Here is a map of the island, I've annotated some places of interest, though there are other quests. Ask Tarak for more details on the sea caves, Varnoth and Rix about the shipwrecks. I believe that Theodor has been actively looking for ways of helping us. Perhaps he would share what he found out and I can add to it.
"I don't mind helping." answers while using one of his daggers to slice a piece of bread. Then i pick my glass with some mead, and I start walking towards Veneer, Tarak and Varnoth, trying to pick up on what is going on there, while remaining unnoticed.
"Dragons, regardless of size and color are not friend material. They have their own agendas, which thankfully are earthly, so may be negotiated. There's a blue dragon living at the observatory I came here to study. Figured I could talk some people into helping me check it out ."

"I agree with Shayla, if we were going to fight it, we don't have the capacity. Best thing we could hope for is a quick death. We'll need to be better equipped."
Theodor pulls out the lesser healing potions and places them on the table.

He trails off, realising he didn't has Tarak where it was.
"I don't know. Runara do you know?"
"If Tarak can get the ingredients, he can make better healing potions, but there's a octopus between here and the colony we'll need to sort out."
He gestured towards the potions.
"Who wants to take one, I can already heal if needed."

My apologies, I thought I wrote Theodor shared the information. Had a cracking headache yesterday and looking at a screen made it worse.

"A Myconid colony? I've never seen one."
"I'm guessing this octopus is no ordinary octopus? Maybe we could scare it off so you can reach the colony again?"
Theodor pulls out his coin bag.
"How much for the healing potions?"
