The Trio and familiar get into position using some foliage 30ft away to hide in but still see the cultists and kobold camp.
Once the food is sufficiently cooked the kobolds grab their share of the half-cooked lunch and move about fifty yards away to eat, while the humans continue squabbling over how to cook a hen and the uselessness of kobolds as allies.
You have surprise on 4 cultists as they continue to cook their food.
Ven whispers, "We could use some information should we be able to capture one. I would think a Cultist might yield more details than a kobold too."
I’ve got idea. How about using minor illusion to make a voice like the kobolds so the humans hear it “stupid humans. They don’t know they will be dead in their sleep tonight foods poison should sue the trick”
And then repeat so kobolds will hear but say “stupid kobolds. They don’t know they will be killed in their sleep tonight. Foods poison should due the trick”
"My poisons don't kill unfortunately, and we'd have to get by the guard on each shift.
The kobolds are 150 ft away. I say we rush the cultist or range them surprised and go from there. If we drop one we just heal them to bring them around and question them."

Pax move twds the largest group and sends his familiar (I really need to name it) to follow one of the single ones Imp turns invisible and starts following and tracking
Piotr aims his longbow and fires wildly above the heads of the kobolds (nat 1 +10=11) Turns out their random running makes it more difficult to hit them!
Pax hits 2 of the 8 killing them on the spot. Venfaen MOVE: Venfaen stays put sending an arrow at one of the little buggers.BONUS: N/A ACTION: Shortbow with dis KA3: 13 Damage: 8 (piercing) End of turn! Reaction: Opportunity attack if it presents itself or spells
