The group using Pax's imp to scout about and listen in are able to learn quite a bit about the camp and the cave.
You overhear the leader yelling at the guards to be careful with the dragon eggs, "They'll hatch soon so don't disturb them or you will be food for them after they hatch. You screw this up and Rezmir will have our hides."
The camp took some time to investigate with the imp and the cave more so with the rooms of the cave taking more time. There are wandering groups throughout the cave.

So Piotr kills two deer to use as food for once they get to the lair. (OOC: I assume no need to roll since he will hunt until success, but let me know if you prefer otherwise.) He also switches one spell from Hunters Mark to Fog Cloud.
Ven will cast a Silence spell then Ven, Pax, and Piotr will each get into their own Bag of Holding. Piotr tests the silence spell by attempting to yodel but thankfully for everyone's earbuds the spell was successful.
The imp will carry all three bags to the hallway connecting 9 and 10. The imp including the bags will be invisible during flight. The plan is for Ven and Pax to go to 10b while Piotr will go to 10a to throw the food to the guard drakes there. (OOC: Then all hell breaks loose because no plan goes as planned. LOL.)

He gets to area 9 and at the lower parts of the steps going into area 10 he lowers the bags and the stick and Ven, Pax and Piotr jump out to surprise the 4 kobolds 15 ft away.

I am guessing you move out of the silence zone to do so.
The Sleep spells drops all the Kobolds with some to spare but the Roper is way past sleeping them.
The Roper says in common, "I can sense a disturbance with my tendrils. Who is out there?"

He then throws or moves to the best of his ability one of the two deer they brought in the direction of the roper. He keeps himself out of range from the roper's tendrils then returns to the zone of silence. He keeps the second deer in reserve.

Piotr watches as the tendrils move and connect to all parts of the area they are in. It takes the offered meat to the gate waiting. Ven fetches the key and opens the gate slowly and steps back with Piotr. Ven signals 2 and points to the gate and signals down.
