The mill is about 1000 feet from the keep using the stream and shrubs along the stream to provide a stealthy route to the mill. Using the creek and the vegetation to your advantage you get to the wooded area just north of the mill. The mill is a simple rectangular barn, about 40 feet long and 20 feet wide, with an attached, exterior office. The long side of the building away from the stream has barn doors and a two-part door, and the two short walls have windows.
Since you are taking your time and using stealth as you get to the mill you see the activity going on.

The river muffles the sounds of the fighting a bit but create an ever-changing tapestry for its reflection. The oranges of the fire come and go with the ripples of the water, which would have made an artist happy but for these three focused on their mission only reminded them of the twin peril of the dragon in the air and the goons on the ground. Piotr turns his attention to the mill.
Everyone realizes that the raiders are making a demonstration of starting a fire, but it’s for show. A few fires are burning around the building, but they could be extinguished easily.
You spot 4 cultist and a guard on the outside. It looks like they’re split up into two group front and back. The mill is running so you hear the grinding stone still at work inside run by the river likely left on as the workers ran when the attack started.

The real access though will be the stairs and there are three in that area one looks like a guard. Once we get done with the two on the west side then we surprise the three and maybe get lucky on taking them out? Send to Piotr. Let's gather to hit the two on the west side of the building."
