Simone's eyes open and he begins to cough up blood and grab at the arrow in his gut. He will then get up gripping his wound pull out his revolver and take a shot at the Hunter, then he pulls up his other hand and a spectral blade materializes and he flings it at the Hunter.
Attack: 14 Damage: 15 + 17
Attack: 29 Damage: 8 Psychic Damage
He will then Drop back down trying find rest but out of the way.

The bullet wizzes past the Hunter. However, Simon's follow-up with the psychic blade is a solid hit, dealing 25 psychic damage (I'm applying the sneak attack damage to the psychic blade).
Eppie hops out of her hiding place and runs towards the Hunter, pulling out her revolver and firing.
Vox IV charges after Toa, metal claws clattering on the stone floor. Assumably, it cannot reach the Hunter this turn, but it will dash as close as it can.
Eppie to hit: 14 Damage: 17 (including Hunter's Mark)
Eppie second attack to hit: 28 Damage: 14 (including Hunter's Mark)
((OOC: Doesn't Eppie make two attacks / round? Also, didn't Eppie cast Hunter's Mark last round? The damage roll seems to be missing the extra damage from that spell.))

Yes to both. I can't really think of a way for the familiar to give her advantage on the attacks, though.

The Hunter is up! He chuckles and meets Toa's gaze.
"It seems... that you were truly worthy adversaries..." he says, panting heavily. "I underestimated you... you have my respect..."
With what is very likely the last of his strength, he draws a rapier and thrusts three times at Toa (once with his action, Action Surge for a second action, and once with his bonus action). As a warrior, he will fight on until the last!
Rapier vs. Toa Attack: 25 (21, 25. Advantage from Toa's reckless attack); Damage: 11 + 36 (sneak attack) (piercing)
Action Surge Rapier vs. Toa Attack: 26 (26, 25); Damage: 11 (piercing)
The Hunter uses his reaction on Uncanny Dodge to halve the damage from Adams' first attack, but it only buys him a split-second before Adams' second shot strikes home! The cunning predator gasps as he sinks to the ground, a slight smile still on his lips.
"Looks like this may be my last hunt," he chuckles as he lays there in a pool of blood. "Thank you all for making it a good one..."
His eyes close as the blackness overtakes his senses. He lies unconscious on the icy floor, his breathing shallow and ragged.
The party has beaten the Hunter! You may each advance to level 11!

As the Hunter sinks into his own pool of blood after skewering Toa, Pyx leaps off of Eppie's shoulder and runs towards it, all of her feathers fluffed out in indignant range as she screeches. She stops just short of the pool of blood, leaning down to sniff it.
Eppie blows the smoke from her revolver barrel and holsters it. "Sneaky wretch," she observes. "Good job, Simon, Adams, Toa. I have to say I'm proud to have you on my team."
Erik continues flying forward. He asks, "Is he really dead?" After his ordeal at the hands of the Dark Lord and his allies, he can hardly believe that their group has finished off one of them off.
Erik is glad to see Simon on his feet. He says, "You're tougher than you look, Simon! I thought you were a goner for a moment there!"
If the group has time after the fight as they regroup, Erik will spend 10 minutes with his tools to adjust his magical crystals in his armor so that they harmonize better with the emanations of ancient magics. He explains it will allow him to determine whether anything arcane about The Hunter or his gear.
Ritual casting of Detect Magic so that he can check whether The Hunter or his gear is magical in any way.
Blood flies from Toa's shoulders and torso as the Hunter'srapier strikes home thrice through the island warrior's Reckless lack of defensive posture. Yet his face remains stoic and solemn at the Hunter's final words. Damage taken from the Hunter's final attacks, piercing damage halved due to Rage: 47 / 2 = 23 11 / 2 = 5 5 / 2 = 2 30 total damage taken.
As Adams' shots ring out and the Hunter falls, Toa'sRage subsides. He glances behind him to confirm whether .his companions still stand. Once he sees Simon up, Toa grounds his maul and drops to one knee. Head inclined and eyes closed.
He murmurs a blessing in honor of this worthy adversary. May the sun be at your back and the wind touch your shoulders as you seek the horizon ever more. May the last embrace of Hawaiki welcome you home. I will see you again there. One day soon. One day far from now. But not yet. Not yet.
The Hunter has two magic items on him: a pair of pendants of some kind.
You also notice that his weapons and ammunition are all silvered.
Furthermore, he has three potions on him.
Finally, you notice that he is in fact not dead, even if he is unconscious and badly wounded. In fact, it seems that the wounds have stopped bleeding and he is in stable condition if you would like to take him prisoner rather than finish him off (you also may note that wounds usually do not simply stop bleeding... not wounds that are this grievous, anyway. He must have been aided by some kind of supernatural protection)

Both of Toa's reckless attacks hit. The Hunter is badly injured and probably won't be able to take too much more of this.
Simon is... going to need to make a death save.
Eppie is up!
