TARINA looks closely at the Rogue and his companions. She smiles and takes a platinum piece and puts it in the pot. Two more players leave the table including Mr. Smelly.
A woman in a sparkly very shear white dress moves closer to TARINA as seats become vacant, "Ooh High Stakes. I am in." She puts 10 gold pieces in the pot.
TARINA then takes three dice (d6) and rolls. Dice 1 6 Dice 2 5 Dice 3 1
The Sparkly Woman rolls three dice. Dice 1 5 Dice 2 3 Dice 3 4
Baldur’s Bones. Baldur’s Bones is a popular dice game in the taverns of Baldur’s Gate. Each player requires several six-sided dice. The rules are as follows:
Each player puts the agreed ante in the pot.
Each player rolls three dice. Play then proceeds clockwise around the table, with the host of the game going last.
On their turn, a player can choose to “stand” or “roll.” If the player stands, the next player can take a turn. A player who rolls takes an additional die and rolls it. If the total of their dice exceeds 21, they “bust” and are out of the game. Otherwise they can keep rolling additional dice until they either stand or break.
After everyone has had a turn, the highest point total (excluding players who busted) wins the game and takes the pot.
(By the way, the woman in the Sparkly shear White Dress may be familiar to you, and then again maybe not. A RELIGION check will determine if you may know more.)
Khessa smiles at the prank used by the young wizard to try to speak privately with Tarina, but is left speechless at the considerable sum that Atlas decides to bet on the game. She hopes that her friend will not lose such a small fortune... and promises herself, in case even this is not enough to get them all the necessary meeting, to try her own way, later.
The blonde warrior follows the game carefully, also to make sure that Tarina or some other player does not try to cheat. One detail puzzles her: how are possible ties handled? If two or more players all obtain the highest score (for example, all 21), what happens? Do they split the winnings between them?
However, while concentrating on the game table, the tall adventuress cannot help but also notice the sparkly woman and wonder, intrigued, whether she is familiar to her or not...
KHESSA will also notice the sparkly woman’s intricately twisted white ash staff. She hugs it close like a lover. This woman is a cleric of Savras, the deity of wizards, divination, fate, and truth. Her revealing shear sparkly dress indicative of her openness, letting all know that she is not hiding anything.
The sparkly woman is next up and rolls a die. 3
(Atlas would follow and should not be concerned with busting out on another roll.)
Khessa frowns at the idea of a priestess of a deity who has 'divination' in her portfolio taking up gambling... she is afraid that Ms Sparky may have supernatural aids (such as knowing the results of certain dice rolls in advance)...
'Who knows if she is in cahoots with Tarina...' the blonde warrior thinks to herself '...Who, according to what the innkeeper downstairs said, often wins at this game...'
Raynoir smiles, "This is fun" and places another 10 GP into the put (-20 GP) | 4 | 2 | 4"May he of the third eye watch over my dice"says Raynoir quietly that only the cleric will here.
(@Raynoir. My apologies for any confusion. You just need to put the first 10 gp in the pot. Then we will take turn rolling one additional die until you either stand or bust if the total of all your rolls exceed 21.)

OOC: apologies... I get excited lol and understood.
At the mention of rats, TAZZ’s mind goes to a distant battlefield, a great defeat and the charnel horrors that remained. The dead and dying falling victim to scavengers and carrion beasts. Rats, crows, wild dogs…
He returns to the here and now and asks “Murders?”
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Not noticing anything aside from the shinyness of this woman, Atlas slightly shakes his head and focuses back on the game.
Keeping his eyes open for any cheating he will roll his next die 1
INVESTIGATION 24
[OOC: Not sure why it says potentially manipulated. I chose 1d6 for my die roll and 1d20 + 6 for my investigation. when I hover it gives me weird info...]
After this round of dice rolling in for the game I'd like to set at the empty seat at the table. When it comes time to set your wager on the table I reach into my satchel, pull out the Flaming Fist copper badge, set it on the table in front of me, look across the table at Tarina. Captain Zodge sent us, says you may be able to give us some information, I assume that is something you always have for sale?
Khessa is taken by surprise by the young magician's sudden move... she herself planned to show the badge and openly mention the Captain's name - but she planned to do it more discreetly, without others noticing... and however, she was keeping this option as a backup plan, in case Atlas' approach failed.
However, the blonde warrior tries to reassure herself, as the only other person at the table is Ms Shiny, who she assumes works for Tarina.
The tall adventuress stays nesr Elias and continues to follow the game as if nothing had happened - ready for action, but completely relaxed, on the surface.

Khessa's RELIGION check: 10
(Yes. Ties split the pot.)

(Does Raynoir put 10 gold pieces in the pot? If so, he can make another die roll.)
RAYNOIR will certainly know that the sparkly woman is a cleric of Savras. The Dragonborn will have an extensive knowledge of this deity.
ELIAS will not notice any cheating.

(Tarina - 12 Sparkly Woman - 15 Atlas - 11 - Raynoir - 17 I used all your rolls since they were under 21.)
