A little torn, Gaèl turns to the captain. "I know this might seem like a weird request, but i am genuinely interested in what the interrogation might reveal. You don't think the commander would be willing to let us in on that matter, right?"
The captain looks to you oddly, "I mean...I'm pretty sure that the commander would not like it. Besides it seemed you all were more interested in getting out of here since there's so many guardsmen and nobles here." The way back to the commander's office is known. And there are a few rooms beside the office.
The Greyhawk clan is a recluse clan on the surface. The clan is mostly noted for keeping contact with settlements with messengers, warning them of beasts or other dangers on the surface. Though they have dislike for airships and any of cities' military, they never started a conflict with them. Gael has met a few of them, most of them warning of danger up ahead but never stopping him.
(There are a few guards here and there. The captain mostly attends to the other guards, getting updates and seeing if the nobles need anything there. It'll be easy to slip away in the crowd and head back if necessary. And the guards do know that you all are absolved of your crimes and will treat you as civilians. Although at the castle, nobles are prioritized above civilians.)
Nate will say to the group, “Anyone that wants a ride, I’m leavin’ as soon as I get my ship and enough crew. Lilliana, you said you wanted some new clothes before we ship out, right? I know of a place that sells good clothes for cheap.” Turning to the people who aren’t getting on the ship he tells them, “If you’re going your own way and ever want a hand, just leave a message with Jack at The Broken Wing; he knows how to get in touch with me.” Then he’ll head out to the shipyard with a stop at a cheap clothing store that he knows of from his time here for Lilliana.
(Alright, so I'll fast forward for Nate and Lilliana then.)
The captain bids them farewell as he tends to guests and nobles there. Although the walk out is a bit long, the nobles don't pay them much attention, mostly snickers and questioning stares. The guards at the gate open the gate for them and say to have a good time at the festival. The town is still lively with various people going about, children playing with small toys and adults greeting old and new friends in the streets. After a bit of detouring, you end up in small thrift shop as it is quite vacant with the exception of a old human woman at the counter, "Ah, customers...welcome to the...Scragly Scarf." She says between pauses.
Lilliana thanks Nate for his assistance and gladly follows along to the store. While there she spends some time in selecting a very different style of clothing from what she had worn before. She selects mostly clothes that are sturdy enough for a life on the go, but then also picks out a nice outfit for times when she may want to make a statement, but still conservative enough to allow her freedom of movement. Once said and done, she approaches the older lady with the clothing in hand. "Thank you, dear for your help. How much do I owe you?"
I would like to find two sets of Traveler's Clothes and one set of Fine Clothes. And I'm hoping to find something Skypirate themed.
Lilliana smiles at the older lady, reaches into her coin pouch, and slips her 10gp. "For your troubles, madam. Thank you very much. Would it be possible to change into my clothing here? You can have my other clothes if you'd like to sell. They are none too fancy, but they are fashionable and in good shape. I just find that I'm in need of a change." As long as there is not disagreement, Lilliana will change out of her current clothing into something a little more casual. Once changed she looks to Nate. "Where to now?"
“The shipyard. Have to stop them from destroying my ship.” Nate nods to the older lady, and heads towards the shipyard after seeing that Lilliana was following.

Gaèl shrugs, looking carefree once again. "Well, in that case we should stick to that plan i guess."

OOC: are we moving away from the captain? Gaèl would try and eavesdrop, but hes surely not proposing it while theres some military men around.

Looking towards Lilliana, Nate says, “Take your pick, this place has good clothes for decent prices.”

"For you...7...gold pieces." The lady says.
