Hello, I’m interested in making a thread here but I wanted to ask something before posting. Is it ok to have just one player for the story? (Me plus one other). And can I treat it more like a regular text rp with D&D mechanics mixed into it? This is the story I had in mind:

Within a clan of kobolds dens an aged but popular songwriter, the pride of his clan and, to them, exceptional in everything that he does. He inspires his brethren with song, dance, and ditty, regaling tales of his exploits in the land far from home. Most are content with this, but one aspirant kobold, untried by the world, decided to seek out his own adventure and too make songs of his life enough to challenge the songwriter. Along the way he meets an adventurer (your character), and together build a tale worthy of laud.

Hey! Are there any platforms with a free tier that can interact with homebrew creations on D&D Beyond within the context of an asynchronous text based game of D&D ?

I don't know why?

Because it'd be nice to create/use stat blocks from here and then use them directly within the same environment as where the text messages are being exchanged. Not having to open secondary tabs constantly. It's largely fine for me but would be more comfortable for the players.

I am new to the PBP platform. I am guessing this may be the correct location for this question.

Is there a way to respond to the campaign when using an Android device AND have use of the formatting tools, similar to the functions when using the site on a desktop with Chrome?

I've tried using old style <b> tags to bold text and used the [b] similar to the roll or action calls but no joy.

EDIT: I figured this out. Turns out that I am an idiot. If you turn the phone to landscape you get the formatting tools. It's a pain to use but it is there. 

There's a recent article (You may have to leave the front page to find it but still- it's recent) about PBP and i'd recommend asking this under that article as well. There seem to be some fairly active eyes on it.

Help!  The cursor jumped and I accidentally marked my own post as spam ina game thread I'm playing in when I only meant to EDIT it and now it won't let me unspam the thing or get into it or retrieve any of the text and I just spent the last three hours crafting that post and the coffeeshop that's my only source of internet is closing in ten minutes and I have  no idea how to get ANY of my post back and please HELP!!!  At least request the favor of reposting in right place if this isn't'.
