 Pretty sure I've seen other game  threads with just one player.  Don't see why not, personally, long as you set the 'Private' tag so other folk will know yr closed to more players joining.

Looking for some advice. Running a PbP Shattered Obelisk and when using Staff of Defense the tooltip shows the legacy version, not the one that's in the module (where it's now attunable by only certain spellcasting classes). It's not a huge issue on this occassion, but I'm aware there's lots of other legacy things. Is there a way to select the correct version for tooltip when there are legacy versions of things?

Hello! I was debating making a thread here for a campain, am I allowed to make the thread with recruited players in mind, and would they be able to join if I immediately posted the thread as private?

In my case, I am setting up a campain for my 4 already chosen players. I would not be allowing anyone else in, does it work to (and is it alright to) make a thread and lable it private, and then have my players join in? 

I think Aperture Science Prototype has already asked a similar question, but I want to verify that I am allowed to do this...

Is pbp like check in if your turn ect. Do it slow play or all on at once posting?

 Yes, just mark it as private and closed and send the link to your chosen players.

 Its slow play.  Generally DM's like to see you have the ability to post at least 1x a day.  So you keep track of the thread and post when its your turn (ie: in combat) or when its appropriate.

 Thank you very much sir Paladin! Sorry about the late response, this campaign is something I am still setting up and will probably take me a few months to be ready to begin it lol. I appreciate the help.
