Morjan gives an overconfident chuckle as he sees the Warlock begin to panic. He holds out his hand to begin conjuring a fire bolt but the magic goes unstable, releasing a power fire burst that nearly burns the tips of his fingers as he hurriedly throws it to the Warlock.

Herren's arrows have the warlock at his knees when Morjan's firebolt strike true and powerful! He begins to float in the air engulfed in the flames. "No!" he cries out in fear as whatever dark being he made a pact with takes his soul to the lower planes. In a flash of light he vanishes from the chambers.

EDIT: After posting I realized that I realized there's a point that can encompass both Herren and Tatts. (NW of the Dragon's updated position.) Requires a slightly different movement of the dragon so I'll update the map.

I rolled a NATURAL 1 (+4) for a total of 5 on my CONSTITUTION save.
Herren's eyes burn as dust and debris kick up and covers his face and gets behind his eyelids. His lungs are filled with this contamination and he chokes as tears stream down his cheeks.
Out of desperation, he fires off 2 arrows in the direction of the dragon, hoping that one of them hit, but I don't think any of them hit.
1st arrow: (14,10) +10 = 11 to hit for 3+5=8 points of damage 2nd arrow: (12,4) + 10 = 14 to hit for 1+5=6 points of damage.
Herren then lays flat against the rocks for cover.
