Morjan steps 10 feet forward before casting blink on himself. (This will use his last 3rd level spell. Does he still have his one 4th level?)

As Morjan disappears to the ethereal, Herren arrows thud against the genasi's plate armor but one makes it through! (3rd attack) He groans in pain. With Herren around the corner and Morjan on the etheral he lashes out at Tatts.
As he gets into action, Ignis turns to Tatts. "We'll have our fun soon. But first, him." With a chant of magic, six flaming meteors erupt into existence above his head. And two of them streak forth, landing next to Herren.
Note: From measuring it on a grid, I believe Herren has half-cover for +2 AC against those attacks.
Lair Action
After the bursts of flames one last pillar shoots up in front of Tatts with blinding light.
A pillar of fire appears in front of one creature that Ignis can see within 60 feet of him. The creature must succeed on a DC 16 Constitution saving throw or be blinded until the end of its next turn.

Morjan reappears and moves next to Herren. He taps on the shoulder before casting greater invisibility on them. Have fun. He then moves back to his original position.

Herren is surprised to see his Ally Morjan appear next to him and is amazed that he can't see himself anymore. He smiles to himself as he gets to work.

Disarming Attack- When you hit with a weapon attack, you can expend one superiority die to add it to the damage and to disarm the target if it fails a STR saving throw (DC 16). I rolled a 4 (+6) = 10 points plus an extra 6 points of damage from my maneuver, if it hit, for a total possible 16 points of damage.
2nd Attack: Herren fires an arrow with ADVANTAGE and I roll a (18,15) + 11 for a 29 TO HIT. If it hits, I will use one of my Maneuvers- Disarming Strike I rolled a 7 (6) = 13 points plus an extra 8 points of damage from my maneuver, if it hit, for a total possible 21 points of damage.
Herren then moves East 4 squares and takes cover.
