I am no stranger to ration tracking lol. Depending on situation I either remove rations based on travel time (counted in days) or long rests.
Ok. When I play in person, we use our own rules for food, and the few PBPs I did, the DM pretty much just said to ignore it, so I don't really know what most people do on PBP.
Are we starting RP here? Who is this directed towards?
I was trying to use my same character sheet from a different campaign (since I only get 6), and was surprised I couldn't do so, but had to copy it (so, you can only play 6 games on this site?).
I'm not sure if it's a bug on site, or something else, but when I was copying my original character, the Hexadin, the Warlock's version of Wrathful Smite isn't available (not to be confused with the spell of the same name for my Paladin), in the copy of Jason Castle. Maybe it's because of shared content on that campaign? If possible, I would like to keep spell on my character, please?

You only get 6 charqcters, if you subscribe playing in more than 6 games is possible because you get more characters. Playing in more than 6 PBP is tough or at least if you do it right it should be. Right way being, doing good RP, engaging with the story, those types of things. What I used to do was export characters I wanted to keep to PDF ,then just delete the character and replace it with a new one. If I wanted to go back to a previous character I'd just reload it (rebuild it with in the character creater)
As for your issue it's most likely a version mistake. You probably defaulted to 2024 instead of 2014.

EDIT: I have been informed why this may not be a good idea for PBP, so you can ignore this post.
I'd like to inform everyone that we won't be using the standard rules for initiative. Here's an example of what we will do. Following are the initiative rolls for the players and monsters.

I see... I think I get it. No matter initiative, it always goes Player - Enemy - Player - Enemy - Player.
While I am okay with it, I will suggest we use standard Initiative rules (Final Decision is yours and I will not fight that). The reason is that with PBP, this form of initiative can slow down the game by a lot. Instead if we do standard initiative and see that two players go one after another, they can each post their turns whenever they are online and the DM can then resolve their turns in the initiative order before going for the monsters.
Welcome, to the currently un titled homebrew campaign! I am kinda lacking when it comes to story hooks, so here's the situation. You guys are all in a local tavern, the Frogfoot. It is early morning, and you are all sitting at tables with your food and drink. (We'll say you already paid)
As you are sitting there, quietly sipping at your ale, or enjoying a hot soup, there is a bang, and the door suddenly swings open, as four rough looking men burst into the room. You know right away. These guys are up to no good. Most of the, are brandishing scimitars, while one of them ( B3 ) is holding a crossbow, aiming it at Jason. "Everybody out!" Shout the biggest intruder, who is wielding a dagger in his left hand and a scimitar in his right. "Juggs, go find the gold."
Okay. Everyone please roll initiative, and give a short description of your character. You only need to include lice race, what weapons you might be drawing, and their outfit. that kinda of stuff. Jason Castle II and Taxidea Taxus both have a +1 to their initiative, and Remis and Jasmine have a -1.
Here's an image of what's going on. B3 is the one with the crossbow. If jason tries to move, (He can do a ranged attack or something, it's just if he moves) make either an athletics check or acrobatics check, DC 12. On a fail, B3 shoots his bow at you. 12 to hit, 6 piercing damage.
Armeros sighs as the armed men burst in just as he was about to begin an impromptu performance, reluctantly lowering his viol and standing as he eyes them curiously. At 6'3", he is an imposing presence as much as he tries to give an air of sophisticated calm. With deep crimson skin, luminous yellow eyes, black ram-like horns, and of course a devilish tail, it is clear that the man is a Tiefling. His clothing is nice, but rather dull in color for a bard, suiting the creepy and at times depressing tone of his music.
"Well, we never." He remarks, deciding to observe for now.
Jasmine was sitting alone at her table, in a corner away from the rest of the tavern patrons. She had on golden armor consisting of a gold cuirass, with a thicker chest piece from under which flowed down a thinner blue Paladin's tabard, though it didn't have any holy symbols printed on it. The tabard had white borders. Her Kite shield which she held in her right hand was also similarly colored but inverse with a blue rim and a silver body. Under her armor she wore a dark blue cloth. On her brown belt was a war hammer. A tail was like that of a rattlesnake, green and long with a rattle on the end. She had it wrapped around her body while she sat. Finally, hiding her face was a green hood from under which two red snake eyes could be seen. Jasmine was a 5ft 10in. tall Yuan-Ti but not a pureblood. She was a Malison. Her entire body was covered in soft green scales and her head was like that of a snake but with two long fins around the sides, almost acting like a snake's hood but not quite.
Jasmine was about to enjoy her sandwich when the bandits showed up and threatened everyone for money. Slowly she put the sandwich down while staring at the bandits.
from one of the booths in the tavern a bench moans if protest as the occupant, a large Bearfolk male with dark gray fur pulls himself up to his full 7'2 height. His well oiled chain mail makes not a sound as he reaches for his battleaxe and shield, emblazoned with a radiant eye of gold and amber...
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Taxidea initiative: 16
Taxidea is almost the exact opposite of Armeros. As a hafling he stands just over 3 feet tall with brassy-colored skin thanks to his draconic ancestry. He's wearing normal clothes, no armor. Around his neck, on a leather thong, is what appears to be a glass eye made of polished crystal, which he reaches up to grab with his left hand, while pulling dagger with his right.
"Great. The dipshits are up early," he mumbles. "Lucky me."
He turns to the leader. "You should've slept in there chief, or at least let me finish eating. You're about to have a bad day."

Sounds like we'll have a super interesting group!

That's a good point. I do believe I will take you'r advice.
*As it turns out, you can ignore my previous post about initiative. We are going back to the standard rules.*
