Myx laughs haughtily."Oh, my dear Fiven. If only talking was what I could do." She says."No no no. I am a broker of information, and can lend assistance to those who require it. You may have heard of my jackal-headed counterparts, who crave information and keep it. I, on the other hand, prefer to work with knowledge freely."She has a much more serious look on her face after that, her tone becoming much more stern as she whispers through the message.
"So tell me, nightmare to others, what is vexing you and leaving you in this sorry state?"
Arnold returns with a tray holding two slices of blueberry pie, two desert forks, a fresh cup and saucer, a teapot, and a tall glass of water. He places the tray down, placing the food and drink in front of the respective person, then holds out a handful of gold and silver. "Your change, miss." He says.
Myx chuckles. "Oh, just add it to young Fiven's tab for now." She says. "This young lad is a charm to talk to, think of it as a token of my appreciation."
Sloth yawns a bit as she lets the starts a fire in the oven. She leaves it and heads into the backroom, letting it heat up. She comes back to the kitchen with a frozen cut of pork. She sets it inside the oven to defrost. She heads to her baskets of fruits and vegetables, taking about a dozen apples and a few onions and starts to chop them up. "Arnold, can you be a dear and find my apple juice for me?" She shouts out as she tries to focus on not crying from the smell of the onions.
"Of course, Miss Sloth!" Arnold calls back, his demeanour being more jovial than his stern butler getup has been elsewhere. He comes back through to the kitchen and begins to assist Sloth in any way he can, first by finding the canteen of fresh apple juice for Sloth, holding it out for her.
Sloth takes the canteen and pats Arnold on the head, sort of lifting herself off the counter to reach,"Thank you, you always know where the ingredients are. Even though I put them somewhere else...Curse of no attention, I'm afraid, sorry you have to deal with me." She smiles as she heads back to the oven, taking the pork out. She sets it in a pan and fills it with apple juice, putting some apple slices in along with some onions. She sets the roast back in the oven and lets it sit. After a while a homey aroma will start to waft out of the kitchen, smells of fresh apples and roasting pork.
"I'm seeking all those who have betrayed me, just maybe you have the information I seek. No one meets by sheer dumb luck."
Seeing Arnold bring the blueberry pies and drinks Fiven graciously thanks her for adding to his tab and waits for Miss Myx to eat first before eating himself.

Arnold seems to gracefully pick up the used implements and discarded wrappings of the food, disposing of them. "Oh not to worry, Miss Sloth." He replies. "It is something we all learn to work alongside. Though I must say, the current clients seem to be hitting it off quite well."
Myx looks down to the blueberry pie. "Oh, this is quite quaint. The latticework is expertly done." She reaches out with her free hand, taking one of the forks and breaks a small piece off of the pie's edge. "Now, my dear Fiven, you should make sure you sample this as well. I reckon the chef in this place made these specially for us."
She sends another message before eating the first bite.
"Well then, we have a path of vengeance ahead, do we? Also luck has nothing to do with my work, much as I allow anyway."
"Good, good, adventurers and the like should be able to relax here. Though I hope it breeds no trouble, yes? I don't like it when people start fights here, don't you agree, Arnold?" She says as she eats one of her peach tarts.
Arnold tugs on the cuffs of his shirt. "Well I usually delegate to the dish washer when removing trash from the tavern, but sometimes one needs to get their own hands dirty." He chuckles to himself.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Fiven follows in kind with Myx taking a small piece of the pie, "Yes it does seem to be made with great care" as he lets the flavors cascade over his tongue he wonders just what she meant by 'made specially just for us' as if they might be more than just pie. ( Perception Check to see if its just blueberry or something else added- 19 )

Myx chuckles. "My, my, aren't we forward." She says with a light jesting tone. She beckons Ragella over, who upon noticing that Arnold is busy elsewhere comes over. "My dear, we are appreciating the wonderful hospitality of your quaint tavern. However, we were wondering if you have any other rooms in which to imbibe our drinks. Perhaps a smaller one with some lovely paintings we may discuss about."
Ragella raises an eyebrow. "Well if you want you could hire a small venue room. There are a couple down the hall."
Myx gives another toothy grin, placing another platinum piece down. "That sounds delightful, my dear."
Kelryn thanks her patrons with a large smile. It radiates brilliance. "Oh, my beauties, you shouldn't have~"She quickly pockets the money despite her protests.

Ragella leads the pair down a short corridor off of the main room where there are a couple of doors on either side. She unlocks last door on the left, opening it to a quiet room with modest illumination. On the walls are a few watercolour paintings of various landscapes, one of which is more of a skyscape. "There's a little button on the woodwork that'll ring a bell if you want service." She tells Myx and Fiven. Pointing it out, it seems to just blend into the ornate woodwork that lines the walls. "Arnold, that's the guy in the suit, will head over if you need anything."
Myx chuckles with a warm tone. "Well, you do know how to treat guests." She replies, looking to Fiven. "Come, let's discuss art."
Ragella will leave the pair be for the time being, though they can order another drink if they wish to be brought through.
Fiven watches as Ragella leaves and closes the door. as soon as he is satisfied she is down the hall out of earshot, he turns to Myx and in a very different tone of voice louder than what he had been using in the tavern. Myx grins, her teeth glistening in the dim light. "My dear Fiven, it can go many ways. Most of my clients work on a favour-for-favour basis." She places ten gold pieces onto the table, stacked neatly. "I work out the information that my clients are dying to know." She spreads the coins out into pairs. "In turn, I may ask them for information or a minor favour in turn." She take a coin from each set, placing the five coins in front of her. "I end up with what I want, and so do my clients. Of course, it depends on what you need to know as to how much it will cost you in turn, but I am open to negotiation, my dear boy...."
Myx chuckles. "Well, that is entirely dependant on the individual." She says, re-stacking the ten coins. "A normal person on the prime material plane is a simple task, but an archwizard with hidden towers across the multiverse is a different matter. If you give me some information to work on, I can settle a price for it."
