Over in the IC thread, I don’t mind if a little OOC creeps in at the end of an IC post (particularly if you are clarifying an action or game effect or something).
If the entirety of the post is OOC, though, then this is the place for this OOC conversations.

Sorry for the lack of posting, I sent something in the various pms I am in, forgetting that this campaign's ooc was a thread. I have returned now though and will get my actions posted
...the attack from C1 on Navrine should've activated his Protection reaction, giving it disadvantage)
D'oh! You are absolutely right. I rerolled the attack and it missed. I have edited the round summary post.
Nice! All other attack rolls on Navrine will have disadvantage too until Cass' next turn if she stays within 5 ft of him (a nice change to Protection from the old version).
@Secretfool, The giant toad is very wounded and now that Cassian is giving it a wallop with divine smite ... it will not live to receive the command. Please feel free to declare a different action/target.

Navrine con save nat 20 for a 22. Darn why couldnt this be an attack? Also just out of curiosity shouldnt Navrine have 13 HP and not 10 since the shield blocked the attack that did the 3 points damage the previous round?
Question, with Uncanny Metabolism it says it is a "Action Type: Special" When you roll Initiative, you can regain all expended Focus Points. When you do so, roll your Martial Arts die, and regain a number of Hit Points equal to your Monk level plus the number rolled. Once you use this feature, you can’t use it again until you finish a Long Rest. The question is is this going to take my action or bonus action?
Action: Dodge. Bonus Action: Try and get the lizard guy to see there are bigger problems than a dead cockatrice. (Persuasion) 10 with disadvantage.
The only BA that everyone can use right from the get-go is Two Weapon Fighting.
Other than that, there are certain class features (or spells, magic items, etc) that let you take an additional action on your turn called a Bonus Action.
The influence action proposed is not one of the Bonus Actions that Navrine can undertake.
ignore the init roll i was trying to see if DDB gave me the +2 on Init roles i'm supposed to get from "Alert free-rules, pg. 200 From Criminal" it is without that it would just be +3 I guess.
Apologies, no & no.
Other than being 10' up (and therefore outside of the 5' range of most melee attacks) there is no mechanical benefit to the elevation.
The creature is dead, and cannot regain hit points.
Alright clear.

After joining more my signature got out of hand so I am now a proud member of the extended signature club!! :)

That is a nice tweak, I hadn't noticed the change before you mentioned it.
One of the neat things about this test drive is seeing where the rubber meets the road, as it were.

Good catch. That is correct.
I adjusted the IC last round after taking out the attack-that-did-not-happen, but I forgot to undo it on her sheet.
And there you have it, gang. A little three-sided encounter with a bit of a ticking clock built in.
Heroes vs. Bogmen vs. Lizardfolk ... and then a large monster appears that wants everyone smushed.
Oof, that 7 -.- It's in character for Cass to try though.
Well should I just knock that lizard dude out?

Yeah, if you want! Non-lethal is a thing and you do go first. I'll change my turn to reflect it.

That class ability takes no action at all. Its use is tied to ‘when you roll initiative’ however.

Please adjust the IC post.
IC post changed I'm pretty sure I can focus point flurry of blows as a bonus action.

Yes. That is accurate. All of the bonus actions a character may do are listed on the character’s sheet.
