Wilry Foghare (Wil) grits his teeth as he tries to stay afloat, his small frame pulling him through the water. He'll look around for the ship's tender, or failing that, a plank of wood to hold onto to keep afloat.

Fynn seeing others fly into the sea tries to yell to those on the ship but no one can hear anything in this violent sea and storm. He looks about for anything to help him stay afloat.
Tidebreaker sees Fynn in particular having trouble and hurriedly swims over, surfacing next to him and staring with empty black eyes for a moment. "Grab on, surface friend." He offers. "We collect all friends and go to big ship...May need floaties to carry all."

Wil: You can just barely stay afloat above the waves. The ship's tender is no wear to be seen, but there is a variety of debris around that you can float on. Similarly to Tidebreaker, you also notice another ship approaching in the distance. It's much larger than the vessels you and the other victims were using, and you can hear faint shouting coming from the boat, presumably by the ship's captain.
Fynn: You fail to find anything that can keep you afloat, and as you look around you are clocked in the back of the head by a stray piece of wood, knocking you unconscious causing you to sink.
Tidebreaker: With titanus effort you manage to pull the unconscious elf from the water, and notice several large pieces of wood that seem buoyant enough for people to grab onto.
Tidebreaker is momentarily confused when the elf gets knocked unconscious, but springs into action when he starts sinking like a rock. The sea wants to claim him it seems! Not on his watches. The Locathah dives after his friend desperately, bolstered by his rage.
1 friend obtained. Tidebreaker carefully pulls the unconscious elf over to the largest boat-piece he can find and lifts him aboard. Now to find the others. While in the air he'd spotted a dragonborn too, so he pushes the wood along towards the direction he thinks that was.
As Tidebreaker pulls Fynn from the water, and Wil grabs hold to a piece of wood, two figures leap from the ship and fly towards the wreckage sight, one of them stops to pick up an unconscious water genasi from the wreckage and flies off. The other flies closer to Tidebreaker, and the figure becomes clearer: It's an Aarakocra. She tries to shout out something that's drowned out by the storm before she points at you and casts message. "Get sleeping beauty down there to the big boat over there. There's a crew that can keep 'em safe. Are there any more survivors I should know about?" By the time the Aarakocra gets the message out, Wil is picked up by a large half-orc who somehow has dragonwings protruding from his back. He gives the halfing a reassuring smile before flying off towards the ship.

I'm taking a break to focus on IRL stuff. Please don't think bad of me. I'm terribly sorry for any inconveniences this hiatus of mine brings about.
“There is a dragonborn afloat nearby. Thank you for your assistance.”
Tidebreaker grins, a rare flicker of humor and relief breaking through the tension. “No need thanks.Tidebreaker is storm too... but nice storm,” he says, his voice rumbling with the effort as he begins pushing the floating wood with Fynn towards the ship.
The Aarakocra nods as she flies off in search for the aforementioned dragonborn. Wil is gently dropped onto the deck of the boat, where a robed tiefling runs over to him, and kneels down. "Are you ok? Are you hurt anywhere?" She asks as she grabs the halfling's face, moving it from side to side to examine it.

Wil pulls his head away, "I'm fine, no need to make such a fuss." He shakes himself like a dog, trying to get the water off him. "Seems you lot arrived just in time. What ship is this? What you doing out here?" He looks to see if he can discern any markings that he might recognise.

While you are able to stay afloat, you cannot see anyone over the waves.

Unfortunately the waves prove too powerful, even for your magic, and you're tossed into the waves.
