Bonita: The elf nods. "Yeah, everyone else is bellow deck, making sure we stay on course. My name's Caelynn by the way. This is Pavel." she flicks her thumb at the very hair and very large human, who is currently staring at Tidebreaker. She then ruffles Vasker's hair, causing him to cry out in protest. "This is Vasker, our brave and fearless captain," she says with a laugh. Then she turns and flicks her head. "Come on, I'll introduce you to the rest of 'em."
Tidebreaker: Pavel stares at you, as if assessing you.

Harn looks at the new human confused. "How does authority work on this ship? I have never seen a ship where someone else could tell the captain what to do. Thank you for accepting us, and I will help you as best as I can. Just like Bonita I can also make water if needed, or wind if we want to get to our destination faster to rescue your friend."
Wil greets Shelter and the rest with a smile. It seems he might have a new crew if he plays his cards right. "Are you saying we need to find your friend in order to keep a place on the ship? What would happen to us if we don't go get her and just lounge around?"
Tidebreaker watches the exchange with amusement, his sharp black eyes flicking from the embarrassed pixie captain to the half-elf monk and the towering human. The scene feels oddly familiar, reminding him of the playful rivalry he once shared with his own friends in the depths of the ocean. But it’s Pavel’s intense gaze that really catches his attention. The big, hairy man sizes him up with a stare that Tidebreaker immediately recognizes. He’s seen it before in the eyes of other warriors—those who valued strength and respected those who could match them. He flexes his sea-green arms subtly, the corded muscles rippling as he rolls his shoulders and cracks his neck. He already knows what this is about--he thinks, at least--, and he’s more than happy to oblige.
"Flex off! Glblup!"
The Locathah stikes his most glorious pose, showing off his impressive musculature fully.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Tidebreaker: Grinning widely, the hairy human roars a wild battle cry, and flexes in return. Athletics: 11 While his muscles are indeed fabulous, they're no match for yours which gleam in the sunlight peaking through the clouds. The human laughs heartily and offers you his hand. "You are strong. That is good. It is good to meet you, brother. I am Pavel."
Harn: Vasker scoffs. "I'm only the captain by name. We're all friends first and crew second, and even if we weren't Cae wouldn't care." He sighs, running his hand through his hair.
Shelter: "Um... well, I... I don't know. I'd ask Eirith or Vasker, as they're the ones closest to Alastor. I don't think you'll get into to much trouble if you don't want to help find Alastor though, since captain Vasker wouldn't through anyone off the ship unless they do something evil."
When Pavel extends his hand, Tidebreaker clasps it firmly. “Ah, strong brother Pavel,” Tidebreaker says with a deep chuckle, his eyes twinkling with genuine respect. “Tidebreaker. Good to meet.”
As they shake hands, Tidebreaker’s expression grows slightly more serious. “Alastor, lost friend. Strong, too?” He will help in the rescue either way, but would like to get a better idea of how quickly they must move.
Tidebreaker: Pavel laughs. "Strong like us, no. But Alastor's mind is strong, and he is a talented spell caster. Not too shabby of a musician either. I do not think he is in much danger, but a friend in need must be aided to the best of one's ability."

Fynn final gathers himself and approaches the group "Again, thank you. And thank you all, crew of the Arc. In all my days I've never seen something like that."
"Now, where did you say you are heading?"
(sorry about the delay, between a crazy long day and not sure when Fynn would be awake from his NAT 1)
Fynn: Indeed you have. You've heard that the island is one where people of all species live, regardless of how their species are perceived as. It's said to house great magic within it's borders as well.

Tidebreaker listens to Pavel with interest, nodding as the human describes Alastor. "Strong in mind,"Tidebreaker says knowingly, glancing at Fynn. "Like our thankful friend. But even smarties need strong-in-arms friends' help sometimes." He gives Fynn a playful pat on the shoulder, his webbed hand heavy but friendly.
Harn: Shelter cuts in "Oh, I can answer that! For our crew's birthday our captain gave us special sending stones. These stones are linked to everyone else, not just one stone, and thus we can communicate with everyone of the crew so long as they are in range. Hopefully once we get to the island we should be within range, but as of currently there's no way we can communicate with him."
Tidebreaker: Pavel nods knowingly. "Indeed, my brother. Our strength is given to us to protect those closest. The body, after all, is the first weapon but also the final shield."

Bonita busied herself assisting around the ship as the others got to know each other, she hadn't heard of the island but then she hadn't heard of much above water.....that was why she was here...
She took a long last look back towards the patch of sea that had claimed so many of her and the others crewmates and vowed to do a better job of protecting these ones.
Bonita: Caelyn watches you and puts a comforting hand on your shoulder. After a moment of silence, she gives you a small smile, and flicks her head. "Come on, come meet the rest of the crew," She offers kindly.

Bonita smiled happily in acceptance.
" Well, we are all very thankful for your help and I for one am happy to go and fetch your friend from the gull-women."
" In the meantime I can make fresh water for those who can't drink salt and help mend smaller things."
She gave her Locathah and Dragonborn companions a friendly punch each, " Anyone we haven't met yet? Oh, the people from the other ship!"
