(@Drache: Hopping over crates, getting into the water, and climbing back out of the river all count as difficult terrain, unless you have a swim speed and a climb speed. Accounting for the difficult terrain, Neya needs 65ft of movement to reach B-16, so that bonus action dash indeed comes into play.)
Neya gets things started by hopping over a crate and dashing toward one of the nearby toads chilling on grass. With two quick strikes, she let's the amphibians know that they are in danger. (Giant Green Toad #5 {B-15} takes 22 bludgeoning damage.)
Raist takes Neya's signal and weaves a quick mind spell to try to numb the closest blue-hued toad {D-5}. It seems his target noticed the attack a fraction of a second before the spell hit, allowing it to resist the incantation with a lucky, well-timed, mental wince.
Reacting to the threat, the giant toads open their pores to pull in more air within their bodies. The air around the three blue-hued ones becomes white and visible as the temperature drops. They effortlessly jump toward their foes, landing on the barge in rapid succession and making the vehicle bobble with their sudden additional weight. One of the blue toads focuses on shortening the distance between it and Utar. The two others are ready to bite!
-> Giant Blue Toad #1 {G-12}: Bite vs. Utar: Attack: 23 Damage: 11
-> Giant Blue Toad #2 {H-9}: Bite vs. Doozey: Attack: 12 Damage: 10
Utar watches as his leg in now caught in the toad's mouth, making it difficult for the orc to move. (Utar takes 11 bludgeoning damage and is now grappled and restrained.)
Doozey moves an inch or two toward his attacker, forcing its still-opening mouth to harmlessly bump against the halfling's armor.
Both Utar and Doozey can already feel the effects of the rapidly dropping temperature in the frogs' vicinity.
Doozey clicks his tongue having only just managed to draw his rapier before things truly kicked off. With a sharp whistle, the halfling prompts Taters to not only clamor out of his backpack, but also take immediate flight with such alacrity even the instincts of the toads are sharp enough to keep up with the fey-touched almiraj. While Taters began to cautiously survey the battlefield from on high for the moment, Doozey shuddered and glanced down at his arm, before looking up sharply and narrowing his eyes at one of the blue toads.
"Uar!" He called out first in common(?), before hissing out in draconic:
"Linger not near blue if can. Strange chill about bespeaks greater danger than first appears."
Doozey doesn't wait to see how his words are taken before holding his rapier before him in a mock salute. He then let out a mournful sounding whistle that caused his eyes to briefly shimmer like glass twisting a bright light, then lunged at one of the blues! His first strike aimed for what two enchanted senses felt to be sensitive spot in the toad's leg before capitalizing on any reeling from pain out of the creature to leap, scale, and eventually get high enough for but a brief moment as to pierce an eye or rupture an artery.

Doozey's warning in Draconic comes a second too late, as Utar begins to fill the chill of two nearby blue-hued toads. (Utar takes 11 cold damage.)
Although it takes all of his focus for the next few seconds, Utar manages to nullify one of the toad's effort to eat him. (Utar is no longer grappled and restrained.)
The halfling then feels some of the chill from two blue toads himself. (Doozey takes 10 cold damage.)
By the time Doozey shakes of the chill, Taters is already flying alertly some 40ft high. The ranger then choose his quarry and attempts to poke the nearest foe twice, but has to content himself with succeeding only once. (Giant Blue Toad #2 {H-9} takes 8 piercing and force damage and is now vexed by Doozey.)
On land, the three green toads nearest to Neya move in for an attack:
-> Giant Green Toad #1 {C-17}: Bite vs. Neya: Attack: 10 Damage: 11
-> Giant Green Toad #2 {A-17}: Bite vs. Neya: Attack: 11 Damage: 12

-> Rolling poison damage separately so we can account for Neya's resistance (in order): 4, 7, 8. If crit: 7, 5, 6.
10. Doozey & Taters (90/100 & 30/40; red) - concentrating on Hunter's Mark, has advantage on next attack (Vex) against Giant Blue Toad #2 {H-8}; Taters dodged and is 40ft up.

Neya keeps at it, turning her attention to the toad immediately behind her. Two swift kicks result in some broken amphibian bones. (Giant Green Toad #2 {A-17,B-18} takes 26 bludgeoning damage.)
