Yes, there are 3 different spell slot progressions for classes with the Spellcasting feature, and the full-, half-, and third-caster is basically a reference to the way it's explained in the rules for determining a mutliclass character's spell slots: 

• Full: Bard, Cleric, Druid, Sorcerer, and Wizard
• Half: Artificer, Paladin, and Ranger 
• Third: Eldritch Knight and Arcane Trickster

Warlocks are lumped in with full casters in these discussions, but their Pact Magic feature is distinct and works differently from other classes' Spellcasting feature.

also half casters typically can only go up to level 5 for spell slots  l4v_Th3_Deer though I may be wrong on that front

I have absolutely no clue. I suspect it's a 3rd though.

based on these stats for spellcasting on level 20 id say your right

3 cantrips  11 spells known 2 spell slots 4th level spells

kirby I swapped my eladrin elf for a Wood elf and swapped what my hemocraft die and blood maledict and crimson rite uses to wisdom cause the order of Lycan is more suited to wisdom I did not alter my background so its fine right?

Meet: Hildebrass Emberstrider 

Class: Cleric, Life Domain 

Race/Species: Human (Variant) 

Backstory:            Hildebrass is a human from (city), who grew up fairly poor. His parents had to sell things illegally, and also sometimes steal, just to avoid hunger or thirst. Because of that, he quickly became numb to breaking the law. Trespassing and walking the streets became the same, as did taking berries from a bush and gold from a house. 

Hilde was forced into searching for power from otherworldly deities, and found that kind of power in Cyric, a god whom followed his beliefs nearly identically. Through prayer, worship and other divine practices, Hilde drew power and magic from the deity, using it for both good and bad. 

But of course, to Hilde, there was only benefit and detriment, an action that benefited him, or that was detrimental to him.

 

 

Before you ask, no, this character will not be bad for the party as a follower of Cyric, he mainly worships for power, like people worship Umberlee just to stay safe from her wrath.

is 15 passive insight ,15 passive perception and 11 passive investigation good for a level 3 character good lol?

Yeah, I'd say that's fairly good.

Looking at these posts, I'm wondering if it'd be preferred if I switched characters to include a full caster instead of having 2 clerics in the party (My Tempest Cleric Twistomer is my current character)? I like my character, but if you'd like me to switch, I'll be fine with it.
