Z'ress nods as she moves to get a torch or burning stick from a nearby campfire. She will look for a tent that is seemingly out of the way before setting fire to it.

(Gonna put up the map again to show where the fire is. You guys are near the big tent by the entrance to the cave.)
(You guys talked about setting a fire near the exit but there's only one way in and out of the camp besides scaling the cliffs. So I'm assuming the entrance, is there any disagreements?)
Z'ress spots a nearby dying fireplace. She picks up a stick with some flames still on it as she weaves in and out of sight, both from the party and the cultists. She makes her way near the entrance, the firestick still in hand as she approaches the tents. Kobolds mill about the area, not really accustomed to the bright sun. They man the guard tower as they still had their duties. The others keeping with their kin and avoiding the human cultists. But they are quick to follow orders from the higher up ones. Their tents are a bit crude but large enough to shelter them, even if they do adorn them with animal skulls. Z'ress sets the firestick in a good place as she disappears from sight once more.
It doesn't take long for the flames to feast upon their new meal and spread themselves. The kobolds quickly start screaming, as the ones in the tower sound the alarm while other run out, singed by the flames. While the human cultists don't really move to help, they do snicker to themselves. The kobolds try desperately as they whack at the fire with stone clubs or sling mud at it. The higher up cultists take notice and move, notifying the other cultists to help as well.
(This balances out my karma, since I burned down a section of a city while being a kobold.)
Those guarding the tent do not leave it but the guards in the 2nd tower are entertained as the fire builds. They turn their backs to Leosin as they laugh at the kobold's misfortune.
Leosin groggily lifts his head as his eyes focus upon the both of you. Then he weakly shakes his head, "N-no...go...back, I'm-" A shuddering cough interrupts him, "fine. I can find out more of their plans." Although he protests quietly, his body doesn't struggle as you try to untie him.
The guards in the upper towers are still distracted as the flame starts to grow into a pillar of fire. They give some quips about how one of the kobolds might have breathed fire.
Seeing Reso freeing other people Gurth will follow chase and trying to brake the other prisoners free to, he'll use his greatsword if he has to brake the locks.
Leosin's body is as heavy as lead as it slumps over Z'ress. Reso and Gurth head over to where the other prisoners are but do stop short. As they're guards are not distracted, instead they're whipping anyone that dares to look at the fire behind them. They seem especially harsh right now.
(Leosin is near the 2nd watchtower, while the other prisoners are along the crags breaking rocks. There are 4 guards there with the six prisoners there.)
Reso turns to Gurth. "I have an idea. I will draw the guards attention and you free the prisoners."
Reso takes off his cloak, spreads his wings and glides past the guards calling loudly in his worst kobold impression. "Fire! Fire! We must stop the fire!"

I have an intelligence of six, I know what I'm doing.
A prisoner tries to point out Reso to the guards but is lashed hardly as the guard shakes his head, "Two of you already bolted off when the fire started. Don't think that it'll work again." The guard says as he lashes the prisoner once more. The fire starts to die down as its fuel is being burned up. And the combined efforts of the kobolds and the cultists start to weaken the flames. Leosin is still leaning on Z'ress but they are still by the second watch tower.
Reso nods. "Set the fire i will run in the tent if the guards run out."

Graxian watches with a look of humor on his face. He tries to look like the other cultists, interested and chuckling.
He keeps an eye out for any that turn to see what they are doing.
