"Very well. Then perhaps you might be able to convince the monk to speak once he hears of your execution for tomorrow. And at least it is clear that you are not one of ours who was just caught up in the fray." The woman says as she nods to the dragonborn.
The dragonborn bows his head in response as the lady heads back into the tent. "Tomorrow morning you will be executed, unless your friend Leosin speaks for both your sakes." He escorts you both back to the hut.
J'eilil follows him back to the hut. She does not truly know Leosin, so she has little hope that he will speak in her favor. She keeps a wary eye out for any potential escape routes, but sees nothing.

The rest of the group awakens to their new bonds. Leosin is sitting in a meditative stance as sun starts to set, taking the daylight with it. And soon the moon's glow is what illuminating the night sky.
The dragonborn comes once more, "I see that the rest of the intruders have awaken...My lady need not question the winged one but the orc blood and drow blooded needs to be questioned. You two shall follow me." He says as the guard undoes the chains to the post.
Z'ress will not say anything clearly angered at her party for bot attempting to help in the get away. As far as she is concerned other then Gurth they are all cowards.

Rekuberk Onc Level 8 | Half Orc | Barbarian (The Tales of the Fellowship of the White Cloaks)
The dragonborn leads the two of you towards the tent that Gary spoke of before, but stops short of it. The dragonborn takes a knee as well as the guards at the entrance, "I bring the intruders, My lady." the dragonborn announces as a woman steps out of the tent. A bit familiar but definitely higher ranking than any of the cultists you've seen before. She motions for the others to stand as she inspects the both of you. She stops in front of Z'ress.
"I have three questions for you, depending on your answers you may executed tomorrow or be set free.
Who are you?
Where did you come from?
What are you doing in my camp?
(The book wants me to question you all with the same lines so can't help it.)
Z'ress answers the questions but does the first in Dwarvish, the Second in elvish and the last in Undercommon. After that she goes silent since she is certain in her own mind that they plan to dispose of her and the rest of her group.

The woman is not amused. She gives one last glare before looking to the dragonborn, "They hang as well, along with the others. Get them out of my sight." The dragonborn nods as the woman heads back into the hut. The dragonborn leads the two of you back to the prisoner's hut, chaining you all back to the pole. "Winged one," The dragonborn says, "Although you fought a losing battle, you stood by your morals. For that I applaud you, I am sorry that I cannot permit you a warrior's death for you shall hang come morning with the other intruders. I bid that you all find peace in your final moments." The dragonborn leaves the tent. As times goes, the lights outside falter and the guards are more lax as the waning moon is high above.
Leosin breaks the silence with a whisper, "...Was there an actual plan to escape or was rescuing me a spur of the moment...Either way, it was brash, thoughtless, and endangered yourselves along with others...The fire, I'm assuming you all started, did enable two of the prisoners to escape in the confusion though...Z'ress, I know I seemed weak then but these people are worst off than me. There were more, they died from being overworked. They're just keeping me alive because I haven't told them anything. I was fine as I was trying to tell you all, these people have suffered enough...And Reso, you were too confidant. Just because you got the camp distracted for a moment, you tried to do more than you could. If you burden yourself with all the trouble, you'll find that it's heavier to bare." Leosin winces as he undoes his legs, as he takes off his boot, "I'm glad to see that you both are well on your journey. You've both grown wonderfully, as both people and fighters. And I'm not upset, just...sad, that you both prioritized me over the prisoners. If I were to choose, then I'd trust what my teacher said and help the innocents caught up in this." He takes a lockpick out from his boot and passes it to Z'ress.
"But you can still save them...If you leave me, they won't sound the alarm. Be quiet, be quick, and get these people home. Don't try the entrance, head around, climb the cliffs, and you all should be avoid them...I'll see you all at Greenest once I learn everything here. Don't worry, I'll be fine." Leosin fixes his boot on as he positions himself in a meditative stance once more.
"The plan was to use the fire to get you and the rest of the prisoners. Besides they were going to execute you and I would rather not see the man who saved my life die in such a way. It would seem though that my training is not going quite so well as I appear to be to driven by my emotions. The flash backs of what happened to my mother and village did not help." Z'ress says as she closes her eyes and takes a calming breath, hoping that someone knew how to use a lockpick well.

(You won't need to do a sleight of hand check since your cuffs are off now and the cuffs share the same lock mechanism. Essentially, you are able to free everyone right now.)
