During the quiet hours of the night before they try and make their escape Graxian tries to question Leosin about what he had learned about the camp, its leadership and its goals and activities.
"Do you know who is behind this cult and what they are up to? What is their goal and what are their activities in the area?"
He'll also try to convince Leosin to come with them.
"They will kill you along with us in the morning. This is your chance to escape, come with us. There is not much more to learn. You sent for me to help you. Let me help you. We can do more good by spreading the word and getting back to Nighthill."
"Rezmir, a black half dragon, she was the one who set up this camp. While Mondath, the lady the blue half dragon serves, manages the camp, the blue one is called Cyanwrath. I know Rezmir plans to hatch dragons in the cave but I don't know what the raids are for. That's what I'm staying for."
Leosin answers,
"And I know they won't kill me, Rezmir took an interest in me and won't forgive the others if I end up dead. I'll still have the lockpick besides if they start to show signs of impatience...Now please, lead the other prisoners to safety before the guards wake up."
“Thank you for this information. I hope to see you alive and well.” J’eilil tells him politely. Then, to the others, she says, “We need to get the other prisoners as quickly as we can.”

(Sorry for the inactivity, was busy with another campaign set up.)
You all lead the prisoners out of the hut, only to find the guards are sleeping at their posts. Some of the cultists go about the camp as the kobolds are making hasty reparations to their hut. You follow the way Leosin described and find that the cliffs have various footholds and small divots to hide in. It is easily climbable but will need to help with a few of the prisoner as a few were hurt recently.
"Is it wise for us to leave without any weapons? On the chance we get caught we will need to defend ourselves and the prisoners we aim to free as well." Z'ress says quietly.

"I have no desire to try and get my sword back. Nighthill can give me a new one. If you want to try and steal them back go for it. I'll help lead these people out."
('Disarm the monk' -cuts off hands and feet-, I'm sorry, I wasn't expecting a monk to say let's get back our weapons.)
After a moment of helping the hurt prisoners and the one with a broken leg, you manage to get all the prisoners to the top of the cliffs. After making sure to steer clear of the entrance, it's an run back to Greenest. Along the way, you spot the other 2 prisoners that managed to run away during the fire. The day starts once more as Greenest comes into view, the townsfolk and guards repairing the damage. They welcome the prisoners with open arms, most of them family and some of them being victims of other raids. Nighthill thanks you all for your saving all the captured townspeople and pays you each the 250gp, as well as replacing any equipment lost. Although the monks are at first estatic to see your overall success, they seem confused as to why Leosin isn't with you all.
After a moment of explaination, the monks nod grimly and that they'll pray for his safety. And when noon arrives, Leosin comes stumbling into the town, which afterwards, he collapses. The monks thanks the gods and take him to the keep to rest. It's obvious, it'll take a few days for Leosin to recover.
Graxian relates everything they learned to Nighthill about what the cultists are doing in the camp. "I never wanted to go in that camp in the first place, but we made it out alive and saved a few people. So alls well that ends well they say."
He then find a place to rest. He will also lend his aid in caring for any injured persons including Leosin.
"So what's the next move Nighthill? This is turning into my fight. I don't like what those cultists are up to. There's more going on. I have concerns."
(I want to try something different but I am stuck between going way of the shadow or maybe Kensei but I have already tried the latter though but maybe I will go either Open Hand or possibly Long Death.)

"For now I'm sending some scouts to warn the other villages of this cult. And you're right, there's more that's going on that meets the eye. Let's hope the monk has a speedy recovery so that he can tell us of what he risked his life for." Nighthill answers.
After a couple of days, Leosin somewhat recovers, already eager to travel. He says that he needs to head to Elturel and speak with Ontharr Frume, to tell him of the cult's activities. But before that, he calls the party to his room to ask for a favor.
“After all you’ve done already for me personally and for the people of Greenest, I hate to ask anything more from you. But the need is great, and I dare to hope that you can aid me one time more. I need you to return to the cultists’ camp. You know your way around it now. If the cultists are preparing to conduct another raid, or a large body of them marches away, or if anything substantial is carried into or out of that cave, I need to know. If you have a chance to get into the camp and look around again, that would be the ideal way to spot anything that’s changed."
"You need not enter the camp, just try to see if the cult is moving somewhere and if so, where to. And the cave in the back is not big enough to hold a force that large but can hold clues to what their next actions may be. I'm prepared to pay you all 150gp each if you can do this, just meet me at Elturel and tell me of their current whereabout and I'll pay you all. And I'm not asking you all to go right now, I don't believe they'll make any sudden changes to their plans yet...I'm just being precautious of this cult."
J'eilil nods. "I am willing to do this. These cultists are up to something and I intend to find out what."
(Just hit Level 3. Apparently I gain spells connected to the land where I became a druid? I presume this is Swamp since I am part of the circle of the land/swamp.)
"It will not be easy for us to get in. They know of us now and if we get caught again that will mean death." Z'ress says as she nods to say she will go, wanting all of them to know how serious things are.
